The only con is that some Spanish speaking officers complain about the language on their device.

Panic button being set off accidently at all hours. Complaint from users is the panic button is to big.

They charge you a three month fee to cancel. They have a minimum number of devices (5) so even if you only use one you have to pay for all five.

The Customer Service team at TrackTik is amazing as well. They are very responsive and when you do have an issue, it is resolved quickly.

No automatic reminders to staff when their skill is about to expire. No dashboard telling administrators how many staff are compliant.

The software after several became increasingly more buggy and worked on fewer and fewer devices making it extremely difficult to control costs.

The best thing about this software is that it is mostly set it and forget it. Fill out client information, along with emails and time to send reports and all property reports get sent out reliably.

Traction Guest is an easy to use solution for our guest management globally. It has some really great features and a simple to use interface.

Our receptionist retired and Traction Guest is our answer because of the amount of features offered for the price. Integration with ITAR and Outlook was easy.

Having two different workflow/experience builders makes it a little difficult to keep track of which-is-what.
