  • Pros

  • We have required very little customer support - but when we did require support it was always prompt, thorough and professional.
  • I like the ease of flow of requisitions through the system.
  • Cons

  • Posting and the inability to remove PO from the system.
  • There are times when an approver's transactions are routed to the alternate but the alternate has no visibility of these transactions to approve.

  • Easy to implement, clear interface, perfect, custom reporting capabilities, great customer support.
  • I love the user friendly interface that makes it easy to learn and understand. I also love the customer service you get.
  • Cons

  • One thing that in my opinion Precoro is missing is an integration with SAP (which is a software that a lot of company uses).
  • It's enough hard to interact with suppliers throw Precoro - they haven't got an account to manage my orders.
