I find the software very configurable so it fits our needs really well. There are lots of nice features like PunchOut and shopping lists that our old system didn't have.

Posting and the inability to remove PO from the system.

Also, after our last upgrade, we had a few problems with the system recognizing our routing rules. We had to go in and re-save them all.

We have required very little customer support - but when we did require support it was always prompt, thorough and professional.

There are times when an approver's transactions are routed to the alternate but the alternate has no visibility of these transactions to approve.

The product has great features and functionalities. After post implementation, we also receive great customer support.

I like the ease of flow of requisitions through the system.

I like the way Workplace is integrated with GP. It's easy to work with and the organization has experienced increased productivity.

Our overall experience has been amazing. It was quick and easy to set up and our users absolutely love the line of site they have now into the budgets and outstanding orders.

We were told, for instance, that it should take no more than two days to configure, but it took weeks of configuring and testing and re-configuring to get it just right.

Our consultant and Paramount WorkPlace technicians have tried to trouble shoot this problem without any resolution.

Working with Christine was a pleasure. She has taught me so much about the product - that I feel like an expert.

The flexibility of the tool has been great. The information you can track has been most helpful in controlling our IT budget.

We have used Paramount now for several years and find it is easy to use for entering and processing requisitions and it easily integrates into our financial software, Great Plains.

The included reports could be more complete with additional data such as cancelled quantities.

We are also able to implement additional workflow rules that our old system didn't have. This is a great product, and I've worked with a great group from Paramount to get the system implemented.

It is user friendly and it is complimentary to Great Plains for the materials management piece of GP.

We use it here at the Town of Gander and love the well thought out approval workflow process and friendly easy to use interface.

Over works good and has save many Man-hours over the old paper system.

My experience with Paramount consultant is absolutely wonderful. She is very knowledgable and extremely helpful.

The team behind Zahara are great they talked us through how to use it, and how to integrate it into our current systems. The graphic feature is great seeing the different charts and graphs.

Also great test-ability with allowing multi businesses and testing at full range.

We had been looking for a purchase order system that required limited IT skills to use.

Ease of use and simplicity together with the ability to create very sophisticated workflows using the  additional FileDirector system that is fully integrated.

The software is easy to use and very intuitive. We needed to get pre-spend approval in our business and this ticked the box perfectly.

The best thing about this software is that it removes a lot of our old email/manual processes which is what we urgently needed to simplify the process and make efficiency gains.

He has been so helpful, always so quick to reply to questions and he also set up the software for us extremely quickly and accurately.

Clear and straightforward usability that doesn't even require user training. Fully customizable workflows and the approval process has given us more control and better visibility of spend.

The price is spot on - really affordable and we opted for the chargeable setup which saved us a load of time and was really worth it.

I hate paperwork so this makes it easier and much quicker. The support are great, we haven't had any issues, but they are quick to answer questions and the demos are good.

It was easy to setup business, users and documents requirements and basic workflows. All help desk queries have been handled in a great manner and excellent efficiency.

The time to get this working is rolling into months and months with no end in site.

The ease of overall use, the setup of users and allocation of abilities. Not used to full capacity - used alongside other in house system - used only as a PO generator and approval trail.

We think the price is great value and through keeping in contact with the Zahara team know there is a lot more stuff in development which we are very excited about.

It is now very easy to raise purchase orders and manage our invoices. We used to do it all on paper but now with Zahara it is so much easier.

We have a main server setup so the Sage & Smartsync data files are stored on there. We have moved this onto another PC previously to rule out a faulty server but this made no difference.

Overall good and functionally friendly system.

With Zahara, we have been advised to switch this off due it's major data errors which can occur.

Very happy with the customer service and I will review again once we have used the software for a short time as we are implementing this into our processes  from tomorrow.
