- CoStar is very easy to navigate and will help you get the results you need to make a real estate decision.
- The system is very easy to use and navigate; As system admin, the strong customer support we received from Costar is just a plus.
Cons
- Can be a little difficult to navigate. I had no training with the software and I had to play around with it a little to find the information I was looking for.
- Unfortunately the reality was that many contacts were outdated. Some had been gone from the company for several years or even deceased.
Pros
- We also liked the idea of having the owner, housekeeping, & maintenance apps for ease of use. The system would probably be great for small business's getting started in the industry.
- I love how intuitive the software is all the features that are available. This my 3rd reservation software system I have trained on and I think the last.
Cons
- Do not have the function for guests to login and pay on their vacation.
- Slow to upload mulitiple photos in gallery. There is no quick way to move properties positions in the tape chart.
