After “interviewing” a few companies, PayHOA was by far the most friendly, informative, cost effective and user friendly program.

This so far has been a great one stop shop to manage our HOA with ease.

This software does a good job at helping keep our chapter's finaces in order and it's easy to use.

There are times when the software seems to lag.

I am new to the software, but so far the service provided has been great and easily navigated.

Some weird ways to find things. You guys really need to make assigning charges to event tickets easier, it can be a real tricky headache.

All in all LegFi is a wonderful tool for all organizations looking to operate clean and efficient, LegFi allows one to make charges, budget, improve collections and much more.

PAYHOA has been awesome from the beginning. We love the software and the price.

We utilized their collections service and has produced amazing results. I couldn't be happier with legfi, I am very glad we switched from omegafi.

Cancelation on their pdf mailer. They say you have 5min to cancel, however there is no option for you to cancel as the user.

Without a doubt, PayHOA's interface was the easiest to learn and sell to the other board members.

Payment of dues seems to be an ease with this software.

Natalie, a customer service rep is excellent. She will help you in any way she can and she always makes sure, you really want to do want you say you want to do.

Pay HOA is a great way to keep up with deliquencies.

PAYHOA Will Be the Best HOA Management Software.

My overall experience has been Amazing. PAYHOA offers great value, wonderful customer service, and support, and the overall ease of use makes this a no-brainer.

Onboarding was horrible. Tutorial was easy to follow.

So far our community has welcomed this upgrade and it has allowed the Board to easily support our residents with less time than it did managing our management company.

Since we are self-managed, the software has been able to increase the ability for the board to communicate more effectively with the members.

The software is very user friendly and has all of the features that I was looking for.

The name Shiftsuite is difficult to pronounce.

The customer support staff is amazing,  I send off an email and I typically get a response almost immediately  whether by email or phone,  the staff is very personable, and friendly egar to help.

The uneccessary PAP complexity. Makes tracking end dates difficult and results in angry clients at times.

The support team at Shiftsuite have played an important part in the success of my business in its first six months.

Sorry wrong box this is PRO. With all that said setup and installation process could be a lot better.

Switching from Simply to Shift has been a great improvement. Shift is a program that creates a more efficient way of working.

I have moderate experience with this software. I found moderate customer service and  poor performance.

Little bit slower in a slow network environment. Hard to edit in invoices with spelling and etc.

Better to add enlarge or deminish function. Report generated and save on own laptop, don't figure out which directory it saved.

They've always been supportive, enthusiastic, and great to work with. I would highly recommend them.

The clients love to have the website feature which gives them more autonomy. I like the fact that nothing can be deleted and everything is traceable.

Their software is user friendly, industry specific, and their response time is amazing when questions come up.

The best part of shift is the costumer service.

The information that can be stored under the unit files in each Corporation is more of a one stop shop it is just the steps to get you there. Recording or entering information is time consuming.

Great response time, staff are patient and knowledgeable. Great to see the adaptability to customers needs.

I am pleased to say the overall changes resulted in far more efficient work for staff, easily assessable data shared and updated in real-time.

Overall, Shiftsuite is a good accounting system related to the property management field, and i do recommend it to other users. Good Luck and All the Best Shiftsuite.

Your software does not save time for property managers it creates problems that require the user to create work-arounds... costing man hours.
