  • Pros

  • I really like that I can use it on my laptop or phone and switch between the two, plus the job-costing feature is fantastic.
  • This integrates great with TSheets it allows you to work through all the time cards with ease and get people paid on time.
  • Cons

  • That being said, it is more of a personal annoyance to me than a hindrance and I would not let this be a game stopper for anyone.
  • I really dislike the amount of redundant features advertised as individual separate features. It was frustrating to say the least.

  • The software is easy to setup and has a great deal of customization options to suite any business.
  • I like the fact that my customers have the ability to log in and update any info for themselves at any time (client portal).
  • Cons

  • Hard to view details of multiple subscriptions at a single client. All subscriptions are listed exactly the same way, so it makes it difficult to find the specific one for which you are looking.
  • Have problems with some of the payment gateway solutions and not integrating well.
