Very very good, it does exactly what we need and more. We are very happy with the entire system.
PROSThis software has such an easy interface, it was very easy to deploy even to our less than technology-savvy employees. Our roll-out took less than 30 days to have all employees entering their time and requesting PTO.
CONSNONE! We love this software. The reporting is great, and we are able to look at the time for each project.
Reason for choosing QuickBooks Time
This was easier to use, with a better integration to Quickbooks.

We had a homegrown system with 100 spreadsheets. As we added employees it because really hard to keep up.

Effective timekeeping and administration tools
Employees' time is tracked accurately and the payroll process is streamlined thanks to weekly Time Tracking reports that are emailed to HR and project managers.
PROSQuickBooks Time makes it simple to keep track of time spent on tasks on a daily basis, submit a weekly timesheet for evaluation by management, and fill in the appropriate time sections. It also keeps tabs on all projects assigned to you directly.
CONSAs Quickbooks continues in the correct direction, I haven't come across any drawbacks or complaints. As a user, I didn't think it was necessary to update the comments whenever there was even a slight change.
Reasons for switching to QuickBooks Time
Managers shouldn't micromanage their staff. Management receives a report detailing my every minute of work. In addition, I can arrange my time off in before.
