It's hard to get started. You're competing with a lot of people who have more reviews, and therefore it's hard to get the first job.

There are so many freelancers and jobs that some scams and bad offers might creep in.

It is a very frustrating experience when you pay over $3000 in commission to Upwork for a year and get shut down.

The interface is terribly restrictive and confusing, seems like several projects glued together without internal cohesion.

Upwork has been and I guess will be the best freelancing platform, I really enjoy working there and will definitely  recommend to others.

Secondly, the buyer will rarely risk hiring the freelancer with no ratings or new id. The worst thing is that you need to use connects forbidding and most jobs are for native Americans.

Get more freelancing works from this. Customer service and payment transaction is very good.

At our company we have used it over and over again to recruit for both short and long term assignments and we have been very successful finding good talent.

Its is based in a very large offer of work for a very low return. It got harder and harder to compete on pricing and after a while I couldn´t  get another job.

I know that Upwork is doing their best to improve their features and overall, I'm very satisfied with it.

The user interface is very easy and great, there are tones of opportunities related to every field, everyone can find something to work on.

Some gigs cost like 10 bids, and if you spend the gigs and don't get the job, then you've lost money, because you have to pay for the bids in advance.

Periodic activity and screenshot tracking is built in so it is more than just a time tracker. Offline time tracking is a big bonus to areas with unstable internet connection.

Also, I like the personalized customer support that comes to help with recruitment for featured jobs.

The fact that when I get paid I can easily transfer the money to my mobile money is wonderful.

You can also put a project on there and allow freelancers to bid on it and find the one who you find most suitable.

Overall, I am happy with Upwork, I think the cost is accurate for what they offer and it has been the only one I have used of its kind.

Upwork provides a great experience to the freelancers and I would recommend everyone to use it, as a client or as a freelancer.

Its security is also a big advantage to the clients and the freelancers since it filters scammers that can be very common on other freelancing platforms. Customer service has always been 5.

Experience with contractor was unprofessional. She lied - and rather than saying she couldn't take the job she disappeared for a week.

Tracker is great, the system is highly customizable and very user friendly. It does a lot of CRM functionalities and email campaigns,  the reporting and searching functionalities are also great.

What I like most about the product is the UI. Not only does the product look nice but it also is user friendly.
