Value for Money

On top of this i’ve had great customer service, too - real genuine people.

Pros

The auto upload function from LinkedIn to VC is pure gold - this makes the system for me from my perspective. It’s genius. I like that it’s a web based CRM, I can access it anywhere and it just works. The mobile app is top too, makes life much easier. One last thing I like is the new separate screens for new files - makes things much easier to mange.

Cons

Ability to process retained invoices is difficult but I understand that this is all being changed in 2 weeks time when they launch invoicing.

The recruitment system I have been waiting for!

After spending the last 15 years in recruitment working across various platforms, including some "market leaders"...I can't speak highly enough for Vincere. The functionality is slick, easy to use and very easy on the eye. We are a small, boutique, but high value legal recruitment business and as such, it has everything we need and more to be able to perform the role. As we grow and get bigger, I am confident junior members of the team will be able to pick it up quickly. I love the progression bar at the top, so you can flick between "candidates", "shortlist", "interview etc, and love the fact everything is interlinked. I recently also, just found "tasks", which again pulls everything together! However, the most genius for us, has to be the "parse" on the candidates. This has saved us hours of admin! Bravo Vincere!

Pros

I can get to candidates, jobs, companies very quickly and cross reference them all. I can also contact multiple candidates at once, which is an extremely useful tool. The functionality to be able to bring people in from linked and "parse" is genius and saves us a lot of time.

Cons

The only constructive feedback I would give, is it can be a little buggy at times and some "simple" aspects don't work properly. For example, you cant save a logo to a client file, but can on a job file (it just wont save).

Another example is that when is a client screen, you cant click into another screen without closing it down. This isn't functional, it is just a bug and will easily be fixed.

I switched from Bullhorn to Vincere and am glad I made the decision. Bullhorn stopped investing in innovation a few years ago, they started to squeeze profit margins down to maximise the chances of an IPO/trade sale and this was at the expense of their customers. I like the fact that Vincere are investing in the platform, they are listening to their customers and releasing regular updates.

Pros

Easy to use and at a very good pricepoint. Lots of product updates and regular new features. The client and candidate portal features are a real win, I am integrating these into my new website.

Cons

The Broadbean integration doesn't go deep enough. Have told the Vincere team about this and they are improving it in Q4 so am looking forward to seeing these. There are a few other niggly workflow things that need to be smoothed out but, in general this is a great platform and a big step up from the previous system I was using.

By contrast to Bullhorn, easy access to relevant data and analytics to make business decisions from. Automated a lot of our labour intensive administrative tasks, streamlined our work, mobile app to support our team travelling. A vendor that shows interest in our business and provides prompt support and solutions.

Pros

Intuitive navigation, great reporting and analytics, support has been very prompt, they're interested in hearing from us about product suggestions, they spend 3 months of the year on product development with monthly releases, Mobile app, Velocity Chrome extension for LinkedIn is amazing! Data Migration and training went very smoothly.

Cons

Any suggestions I've made for imporvements have been taken into consideration for their upcoming releases's, nothing to complain about.

Vincere CRM / ATS

Very good overall recruitment package and is a strong contender in the current market. I like the fact they are always improving the system and keep their customers up to date with the changes. These appear to roll out every 1/4 which has been great. The ability to track data and candidates information has been made very easy. The search function is very simple but effective and provides relevant information in an easy layout. I really like how simple it is to keep in contact with candidates. This has offered speed of response and driven improvement on the recruitment process leading to quicker placements.

Pros

I have been using Vincere for about 10 months now and we have found the CRM to be very fluid and easy to navigate. Offering recruitment professionals what they need and easy flow charts that lead to more billings. Overall for a fairly new software company, I have found them to really understand what recruitment is all about and more importantly, have a good back-end support team. Having worked with many global CRM companies before I can comfortably say that Vincere offers a lot for its price point and have not regretted taking this journey with them. I really like the service integration partners they have with the system.

Cons

Although Vincere is very good in many areas there are a couple of annoying things that most standard CRM's have. The main point for me is that you don't have the ability to merge duplicated contacts or candidates records. This has proved a real challenge when we migrated our business data across from the previous CRM company. Not being able to clean up our data manually is a real flaw and I hope the Vincere team can spend some time working on a solution for this. If I am honest there are still a few tweaks that the back-end team are working on which will be brilliant when sorted out but overall I am impressed with the system to date.

Pros

GDPR compliance, time sheeting, intuitive search, automation and top customer support makes Vincere the industry winners.
The timesheeting feature built in looks to be of real use for us. We’re just starting to have a play around with it but so far we like what we’ve seen and this could bring real added value for us for our temp contracts. Vincere have pioneered how we manage temps and gone are the days of printed out manual time sheets.

Cons

Nothing to complain about at this stage, we only use a small part of this system currently but everything works for us perfectly.

Nice to deal with a vendor that is different in their approach and treats customers like partners instead of cash cows.

Pros

I did a deep analysis of the market about 4 months ago. I have a growing agency, based in Australia and the US. I looked at Bullhorn and most of the vendors out there. Vincere stood out by a mile. It is a platform that is just focussing on the needs of agency recruitment. They are innovating and releasing regular feature updates- they are doing the right things and it shows. The fact that it has CRM and ATS combined is also important.

Cons

None so far, just getting up and running with the solution so it's early days....but I am excited to see what this will do for our expansing business.

Pros

Bene with Vincere for a few years now. What makes them stand out from the other CRM vendors out there is that they have a personal element and seem to care about their customers. We make suggestions and they actually listen. If they put features into the product they don't charge us for them and we feel this is a partnership....I didn't get that with the bigger guys such as Bullhorn, for example. These guys actually pick up the phone!

Cons

We reviewed loads of options- at the end of the day, we are a small business so we wanted the best product out there at a competitive price. Vincere gies us that- I would say that other systems might look prettier though but this is personal taste I suppose.

Ideal system for managing teams on KPIs. Always lots of improvements, the team are very receptive.

Pros

Been using Vincere for the past 2.5 years. The pipeline is unique- the chevrons show you clearly where you are at with things. I also like the sub-status feature which basically allows for a completely configurable workflow.
This is an easy-to-use system, great for managing a team. If you want a system that is easy to set targets in and measure performance of consultants this is the system for you.

Cons

Nothing major but we wish the Boolean 'And' 'Or' operators could be disabled from the search tool as we just don't use these.

Bullhorn ought to watch their backs now Vincere is picking up the pace

Ease-of-use

Value for Money

Pros

I haven’t been using Vincere for too long but i cannot recommend them enough. I came from bullhorn and vincere is honestly in a different league. The attention to detail, intuitiveness, innovation and genuine problem solving functionality built straight into the system (all from the box) is unprecedented - and as a business owner ticks all the boxes for me.

I like the functionality, it’s a clever system, easy to navigate, modern interface and packed high with trendy features - velocity is a cracker! The best thing for me is the tv dash board, it’s like my morning news and weather brief before i leave the house, it shows you a quick snapshot of your business e.g. current revenue, activities, placements in a nice clean screen, no need to dive into the drill down logs first thing in the morning. Bullhorn never had this and to be honest bullhorns analytics dashboards were hard to interpret and not very aesthetically pleasing.

Vinceres search is bloody brilliant! My vincere account manager also told me they’re making it even better and bringing AI into it soon, this will be interesting!

That’s another great thing about these guys, they don’t just take you money and you never hear from them again - they actively engage with their customers and no query is every too difficult. Feels like more than just my software vendor, but more like a partner. I’ve used Bullhorn and i’ve used Vincere and I think it’s clear who i’ll be using in 10 years time..

Cons

There’s too many email templates which can be confusing editing them. I need to spend some time deleting the ones i’ll never use because there’s over 80 in there from sign up. The Google geo tagging is ace, but it’s going to take me a few weeks and manually activate this per address.

Pros

I’ve recently been working on both Job Adder and also Vincere. The biggest difference between the 2 is that Vincere features work much better with Temp/Contract companies. It’s just a deeper product with more functionality, especially if you have contractors. The Job Board and Candidate Portal feature is great, just really simple to integrate with my website. I like that I can post the jobs directly from Vincere to my website and candidates can easily login to their portal. Vincere also has the best Analytics, you can’t really compare them to Jobadder. I am a startup company and looking to grow so I also see the KPI dashboards are being helpful for me.

Cons

My experience has been great with Vincere. No negatives so far, so I don’t have much to comment here.

This is a great CRM/ATS and a great alternative to BULLHORN

Pros

Really enjoy the ability to add candidates/contacts from LinkedIn. Lots of flexibility to add custom tags or custom fields. The dashboard with analytics is great too! Also being able to add the micro-site tied to my website was very easy.

The interface is very easy to use.

Have only been using this for less than 3 months but I am glad i found it. Definitely worth checking out.

Cons

I would like to option to publish jobs to just my micro-site or INDEED.

I wish the program would run on an IPAD using Safari. However the mobile app did just come out so, I am sure more features will roll out.

wish it had Quickbooks integration.

Overall, it's a fab product with outstanding customer service and exceeds our expectations as a recruitment software.

Pros

Vincere allows us to store multiple documents for candidates which is a great way to keep everything in one place. These documents can be anything from resumes and cover letters to Passports and compliance documents.

The workflows are great and we can really easily see outstanding jobs/candidates/applications in one place. These can then be filtered by teams, consultants, companies, etc.. it's very powerful to have built into the product.

Customer service here is fab, we're treated like partners and always get detailed responses to our questions and help tickets. The issues/questions we have are always dealt with fast and efficiently.

Cons

To be able to find and or change job title from menu tab- I would love to be able to click on the Job and it link to the place where I can edit this. Many candidates use different job titles and I have to edit them.

Auto correct on emails would be good to see. Only in subject bar on right click but not on body of email.

We have a problem with our logo being too big for emails but the team are currently advising me on the best way around this.

I can also see if my colleagues are fully utilizing the functionality of the system.

Cons

Not much that I can think of. The system is quite configurable already but it'd be good if we can add more customization to the email template. I had been waiting for the Mobile App and so excited that Vincere has recently released it - It's very handy for us as a consultant.

Ease-of-use

Functionality

Product Quality

Customer Support

Value for Money

Pros

We used a system called Darwin before. It was a bit slow, quite laggy, the user’s interface was not as responsive. What I like about Vincere mainly is the ability to scan through more than one resume at a time and it reduces the extra day to day job a lot. I haven’t used all the Advanced features that Vincere offers, however, when it comes to the very basic stuff that we use everyday as recruiters, Vincere is an improvement of what we have before. I am definitely very happy with Vincere.
My favorite feature is the Livelist. I like that it notifies you as soon as the client opens the candidate’s CV. It allows you to contact your clients and let them know that you need their feedback. The clients are able to view multiple CVs at the same time and can actually leave comments. I think it’s very interactive and it’s impressive to the clients. When they see that you are using a very sophisticated software, they think that you are very professional.

Cons

Not many at all. I know that there’s much improvement in the search feature so that when I search for the keywords, the keywords would show in the candidate’s CV.

Pros

I'm not using Vincere to it's full potential yet but from what i have seen it's tremendous, it's a big big system with lots of functionality and so many nifty features that make my daily processes so much more efficient. Things like seha linkedin tool, live lists, searches, mobile app and even just the workflows for my contacts and candidates in the crm are great. It's very easy to follow and manage everything on a daily basis.

The guys have recently started vlogging where they share tips and best practice via linkedin and email shots, I like these a lot, they're a good way to catch up on new features as the product is always evolving.

I really get the sense that these guys genuinely care about their customers and are always following up with emails, calls and free training sessions to make sure we get the most out of the product. There's also free weekly customer webinars and now the video teasers up on linkedin every few days which makes the overall support function tremendous.

Cons

The system is so big with lots of capabilities, i'm only using a small part of it right now but definitely need to explore more in the future. Sometimes it can be easy to get lost in the system (as it's so advanced) but the support team are great at providing training on specifically what's important to me.

Pros

Love love love the LinkedIn tool, it's amazing! cannot tell you how much time it saves us as a business. There's too many features to list here but we love the various searches, calendar, talent pools, ability to mass email everyone, email templates, basically everything, we love using it. We used Zoho before discovering Vincere and to be frank it was ridicolously appalling. It got to the point that Zoho was so terrible we simply used it as a storage facility and didn't use any of the features because you have to build them all yourself which is too much setup when trying to run a business AND to make matters worse, whenever we tried to get support, the call centre was outsourced and the advisors were useless.

With Vincere, it's all ready to go straight out-of-the box, it's a dream. Plus the support are brilliant, they've got an office in the UK and the team are really responsive and always willing to help. It's been brilliant so far.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is we'd like to see some more customisation on the job board but we're currently in correspondence with the support team in relation to making this possible so fingers crossed.

Vincere is the upstart nibbling away at Bullhorn in particular. It isn't pretentious but it is the pretender to BH's throne, for sure. The company takes care to look after its clients in a manner that its bigger rival does not whilst absolutely offering all the Enterprise-level bells and whistles for a fraction of the price.

Pros

Vincere everything a Search firm needs, irrespective of its positioning and level of sophistication. It offers all the tools needed for recruiters to source, store and leverage candidate and client data, whilst as a manager/owner, there is a veritable suite of reports to carefully monitor and manage individual and company performance.

Cons

It can take some time to adjust to its process flow (having switched from Bullhorn after a 10-year relationship, that was inevitable) and it has sooo many functions that one needs to invest some time and effort to truly understand what is packed under the bonnet.

Very positive. My team actually use Vincere, with the previous system it was a battle to get them to log in.

Going from Zoho to Vincere was like switching the lights on. We looked at Bullhorn and a number of other systems, but none offered the same level of efficiency, visibility and scalability we needed. When selecting a new recruitment system, you’re not just looking at features. You want a vendor that listens and is trustworthy - during and after the sales process - and that’s exactly what we got with Vincere.

Poor! mis sold would be the best way I could describe it, Xero, Broadbean, TimeTemp integrations don't work as they are made out to within the demo and support/customer service is massively under manned. We now face the hassle of moving to a new supplier just 6 months after joining them, a headache we could do without.

Pros

The flow of the product and the functionality on offer if it worked would be great. It has lots of potential to be a very good offering.

Cons

The reality is many of the nice shiny bits within Vincere don't actually work as they should or as they are sold to be. Many of the integrations are poor and the product is riddled with bugs. The support team consists of one guy who is hugely overworked. I sense Vincere is a victim of it's own success. Regular new releases create more problems than they solve adding functionality that adds no value and each releases fails to fix the existing problems and normally create there own new problems.

Pros

We never really used a ATS/CRM software before. We were actually doing everything through Excel. With 18 recruiters in our company sharing information between us was very time consuming. After researching 4 different softwares and ask recommendation from other recruitment firms we realize that Vincere was the perfect fit us. I’m using Vincere for only a month now but I'm already loving it. Really like that everything is well organized and clean. They also have a great support system put in place.

Cons

The only issue that I have with Vincere so far it's nothing major, but since I'm using a different email provider other than office 365 or Gmail, I can't have my calendar sync with Vincere.

We really like this product. It has a lot of features which are very helpful compared to the previous systems we used. We were using Excel spreadsheets, Citrix and Word Docs before we found Vincere so this is really a step-up for us. It is so colorful too and very user friendly.

Cons

If there is a way for us to filter the candidates on the Engagement Hub, it would be great.

Pros

When I left my company and started my own business and was looking for options as a CRM/ATS software to integrate with my new business. At the time of reviewing the options, Bullhorn and a few others were actually chasing me to sign. Then I had a conversation with some friends who recommending vincere completely out of the blue - had a demo, loved the product and don't regret my decision.

Vincere is really simple and easy to use, although still has lots of depth and functions. I like that Vincere allows you to link candidates to clients and being able to keep track of everything easily. Support are also great!

Cons

The document builder is little hard to work with but I still need to spend more time setting up the templates. I need to spend some time properly utilising the product and getting the most out of it.

Pros

I really love the instant job board that Vincere offers, its brilliant and easy to use. You can easily post your jobs and integrate it on your website. The support coming from Vincere is awesome, compared to the previous software that we were using. You can send your questions and the team will make sure to respond to your concern unlike the previous software support that I had, where they just leave you hanging.

Cons

There's only a few improvements that I would like to see Vincere work on.One of them is regarding the email confirmation. I would like to see the confirmation box disappear a little bit quicker, but with the continuous development and improvement of Vincere, I know that this will be address in a timely matter.

The key difference between Bullhorn and Vincere is the attitude of the company. Bullhorn got lazy and complacent- they want to charge their customers for every little update or new feature. I feel that Vincere are the exact opposite. They are investing in regular updates and these are given to existing customers. As this platform is evolving, my business is evolving with it.

Pros

I am by no means a database freak but this is a system that I am really enjoying. My friend, who also has a recruitment business, recommended that I switch from Bullhorn to Vincere and I haven't looked back. In fact, we frequently text each other and say how glad we are that we moved off of Bullhorn to Vincere!
Vincere is a system that's just easy to use and get your contacts and candidates in to quickly. I actually use this system day to day to track jobs, metrics, use with LinkedIn. Compare this to when I was using Bullhorn....I only used to log in every 3 months and that was to change my password!
The Indeed search function is great- you can search the Indeed database directly from inside Vincere, gives you access to candidates that you'd miss if you were working on LinkedIn or Seek.

Cons

I'd be hard pushed to really pick at anything negative. It would be good to have additional search filters on the Indeed search function. Overall, I am a very happy customer.

We love the great searching ability in Vincere, finding the candidates we have in our database has never been easier with the different filters available in Vincere. Another feature I like is the ability to customize the data you want to see on the different parts of the system.

Cons

What's there not to like from this system? With their continuous updates of the system, I would love to see them bring in email notifications

I really like this product. Standout features for me are the built in LinkedIn search - this is great! Saves us lots of time to source new candidates. We were using Excel spreadsheets before we found Vincere so this is a real eye opener - and really allows us to grow our business.

Cons

Can’t think of any cons right now - but it would be great to see video calling built straight into Vincere - hopefully in the future we will have this.

With this software in hand we will be making changes to our industry in the right way. I love the fact that things have been made simple for us especially using the Velocity Chrome Extension - It is my favorite! Their native mobile app has been a big help for inputting data to the system while on the go.

Cons

Nothing much, just mainly waiting on management authorization on some data stuff but overall life changing SAAS platform.

A good way to keep up with the candidates applications for different projects, measure KPIs and see areas of self improvement.

Pros

CV upload function is amazing but there may be too many (unnecessary) fields which clutter the workspace. A lot of functions and ways to grade/monitor/measure your work and keep up with the KPIs. A good way to keep up with the current vacancies in the company. Great customer support!

Cons

It drove me mad that any type of obvious and necessary action needed approval from an "admin". Wanting to delete a job vacancy because it wasn't active anymore? "Please state your reason." A mistake uploading a CV to a different vacancy? You can't delete (admin! admin! admin!) or undo those actions, you have to classify the candidate as rejected. You have no autonomy once you put whatever information out there.

Ease of using and was able to capture information swiftly and effectively.

Pros

Fast, quick to pick up for new starters. Lots of updates. Feels like a really forward thinking and responsive company, which we like. The Engagement Hub features are great, it's basically a complete client and candidate portal feature that we had live on our website within a day- we had previously been quoted several thousands of dollars for a similar system by another vendor. Great value.
Love the TV dashboard too.

Cons

Not really got any major. I wish the KPI dashboard was available on the mobile app but it's not there yet. The people there are fast to get back to me and so enthusiastic that it's infectious. Nothing but love for Vincere.

Pros

As a consultant, i'm really satisfied with vincere. The advanced search is fabulous, ability to send mass emails out, searching linkedIn and INDEED straight from within the system, it's fab. This system meets and exceeds all of my expectations and saves me lots and lots of time to focus more on billing and finding new candidates. Compared to our previous system zoho, it's unbelievable. In the end all we used Zoho for was to store our data like we did with dropbox, it didn't have any other practical functionality for us, a waste of time if i'm honest.

Cons

I'd like to be able to bulk parse cvs from emails, right now it's one at a time which is cool but multiple would be fab. Parsing other documents in from emails like cover letters and projects would be good too.

Speed!

Pros

I'll confess at first it took me a while to get used to the Vincere as it was very different from our previous system but after using the product in detail I'd never look back. I've since realised it's very intuitive, efficient and saves me lots of valuable time. Put simply it makes my job 100x faster.

In our niche industry, speed is a crucial differentiator for us and Vincere allows us to achieve this. vincere allows us to act fast with things like talent pools and distribution lists (I love them!! I actually created about 10 of them just this morning). Parsing from emails is brilliant, really simple and effective.

Cons

There's actually nothing in Vincere I don't currently like right now. I think it's a great product and meets all of my needs, wouldn't look back.
