This software is user friendly for people who struggle with technology.

I am sure I am missing out on things but have failed to take the time to learn it in more detail. They are always willing to help, I just need to make the time to do it.

If I had to choose a Least reason it would not be due to the program but for my inability to grasp all the different ways to process our needs.

This makes direct booking of my experiences so simple. Customer service is WONDERFUL and having a direct booking option for us saves us so much money.

Same as above but thought it could go here as well...The software allows for streamlined integration of multiple booking platforms necessary for our success as a tour operator.

There was an amount of visitors to the web site showing on the logs but few following up with a phone call. The software herein solved that problem by providing a Buy Now button.

It is cut down on my office support and that saves me money.

Some functions can not be corrected after a mistake is made, example a customer is shown paid in the system by mistake.

The software is very easy to navigate through so it was extremely easy to use.

The integration and set up was very easy. It is easy to use as well.

AReservation meets all our needs and is easy to use. My favorite function is aWaiver--we can have guests sign waivers in advance, on iPads in the office, or even on our company phones on the boats.

Not being able to make my own categories for why something is returned or discounted other than the very few choices. It's not always an employee's fault for bad weather for a refunded reservation.

If we had changes that were necessary within the software, their IT department did their best to implement it efficiently. They listened to our needs and did their best to make them possible.

Excellent reservation and equipment management software.

We love how easy it is to use and how simple it is to set up.

All in all this is a solid company with great people who started as tour operators and understand our challenges and are always working to ensure they meet our needs.

I love how responsive everyone who works at Indexic is. I like they are constantly making improvements to the software.

I don't like that I do not have enough time to learn everything indexic can do so I miss out on some resources I could be using.

I can’t say there is much I don’t like, they keep updating with in futures.

It is easy to use and the customer service is excellent.

I LOVE the customer service indexic provides!!! I LOVE how easy it is to use and make my reservations, keep up with what is going on, and just makes my life so much better.

It allows the customer to read the waiver without stress and it captures the signature up front. I think the merchandise shop is quite clever, The videos were great.

We love aReservation and are so happy we switched products this year. I wish we had switched sooner.

Excellent organization that has been a joy to work with and very attentive to whatever questions or needs we send their way.

We have no concerns with the software, thay work hard to keep the system current.

This software is very user friendly and is easy to learn and to teach our employees how to use it.

My overall experience is great. I am very glad that we switched from our old software to Indexic and I look forward to working with them in the future.

My experience with aReservation and aWaiver has been great.

The onboarding process was very professional and responsive. I was given tons of information in a short time, but the person helping me was nice and efficient.

The builder is very broken, slow, and does not work fluently like you would expect. Again, customer service has been the worst I have experienced with any company.

Lodgify it is very good for the price and it works , something important because there are many other softwares that are a disaster like Ciirus for example.

On top of that, they offer a great add-on service (you can customize & add late check outs, etc) & has a mobile app with some functionalities which is helpful if you are always on the go.

I like that renters can now book directly from my website. The widget is easy to use and imbed on your personal website even if you are not a tech person.

Integration with Pricelabs, AirBnB, VRBO, and booking.com are great - Lodgify takes prices from pricelabs and moves those to VRBO since VRBO and pricelabs do not have integration.

I can use ignorance but I have no use for arrogance.

The ease to sync with other site and with dynamic pricing.

After requesting to cancel, it was like I was the bad guy and they fought for their annual subscription from me.

Initial set up of the property website was easy. It was also great to have payment receipt built in.

Great for taking direct bookings and great integration with multiple channels and pricing software.

The website is really nice. The ease to set up the website.

This is a great tool for the the str hosts, You have a better property administration.

For small operators, this software contains all you need for a first jump into online hotel management system. Very good and responsive support team.

And the knowledge base and help centre is full of answers to help you navigate around.

We switched our properties to Tokeet and it is allot cheaper, has more features and amazing customer support. I doubt Lodgify will survive long with their attitude towards their clients.
