The customer service is outstanding. If you have an issue, they are quick to help and very tenacious till everything is solved.

The lack of story publishing for Instagram is also another feature that is missing from AgoraPulse.

The best part is the amazing customer service. They are responsive and generally have a good response for everything - including an idea to workaround if needed.

I can better manage my social marketing with great ease and this saves me lots of time.

However the biggest downer for me are the limited features.

Integrating Agorapulse into our daily routine was seamless and we immediately noticed the improvements in our productivity, creativity, and ability to be more active across all platforms/channels.

I love how easy it is to navigate and use. I have a very hectic schedule and the ease of use of Agora saves me copious amounts of precious time.

I have have continued to have issues with the software and tokens on LinkedIn going bad on scheduled posts with no real explanation why from support.

It's the 2nd company I've converted to Agorapulse and the combination of attractive pricing and eaase to pick up is pretty great.

I love the ease of use of the platform, the robust features that  it offers and the amazing customer support.

It's been an exciting journey with Agorapluse, I have been a user of the platform for the last 3 years and its the best platform ever, for me.

I have tried many social media managers and this is the best, it's not the cheapest, but trust me there's a really good reason for that.

I have used just about every product on the market and AgoraPulse is my favorite by far. They are always asking for user feedback and seeking to make an amazing product even better.

Agorapulse is super easy to use and I have enjoyed digging into it to further build out our social media marketing. The reports make it easy to see at a glance how our strategy has improved outreach.

Had good additional functions like contest support and prize winner picker, which we used quite a bit. Now they have monthly social media experiments which is awesome for real truths.

All in all, I can recommend the tool because of its ease of use, the variety of functions and the good price-performance ratio.

I only hope that Instagram makes edits to their API allowing for carousels to be posted through a 3rd party app like Agorapulse.

We love the integration to all fo the Socials and, ease of setting up the various formats and changes needed when posting and scheduling out across multiple profiles and platforms.

The support team is amazing and responsive, overall the system is reliable.

As an agency that specializes in real estate and works with a lot of photos, the inability to rearrange photos once uploaded for a post is a huge time suck for us.

The contenu integration of agorapulse is perfect, i can share everything with facilities.

The inability to respond to ad comments, inability to respond/reply on mobile, and the slight lag and delay when trying to respond via desktop.

So it's  a little bit of struggling with the amount of users we have now.

I love the publish again feature and the reports. There are so many great insights in the reports that help me help my clients.

The odd feature that is not available, but this is usually a restriction by the social media platform and not Agorapulse.

Our administrators love the approvals calendar and love the platform and how easy it is to use.

What I liked the most is the easy way of use it. And the client service is very kind and quick to give an answer when I have a question.

Easy to use and I was able to integrate with another software so Its almost fully automated. Helped us increase google reviews.

Gave our company a competitive edge. Our customers love getting information about the technician who will be coming into their homes.

I really don't have any Cons. Someone could say the price is a little high, but I'd have to disagree for the value it brings.

I love how Pulse M helps us to build our positive reviews on google, FB, and our website. If a customer is unhappy we are notified so we can reach out to remedy the problem.

Having PulseM in your arsenal makes beating The Joker, The Riddler and The Penguin as easy as pie. When we were investigating this type of software/service we were very thorough.

What is even more impressive is that this is during a pandemic. I can only imagine how many more reviews our Batcave would have received if we were not in a pandemic.

I like the picture and description sent to our customers as our techs are on their way. This is very helpful in the Baltimore/DC Metro area especially during COVID times.

We spoke with other customers, ran demos of other software and had tests done with our customers to find which was the easiest for them to use. PulseM was by far the best option out there.

We get more reviews and it helps boost our google rating. We are happy with it overall.

PulseM gives us a cost-effective way to communicate with our customers and gives them an easy way to leave us feedback.

Very poor would not recommend to anyone. They have charged us $530 a month for over a year and promised to cancel our service since they did not meet the expectations they promised.

Overall we have increased our online reputation and we consistently have reviews coming in from our teams. The results are worth every penny spent.

The scoring a leaderboard, we really don't use it because it is confusing and a bit complicated.

The fact it integrates with Service Titan so well is a 10 for us and makes it so it is easy for every customer to get touched with a question of, How did we do for You.

Also, navigation on the webapp can be difficult.

Overall positive, and, again, a HUGE part of this is how quickly support staff responds to any issues we have.

If a technician does not have a profile created on Pulse M, it still sends out a generic message.

It asks for the review & makes it super simple for the customer. Then we have all of the information that's been gathered to improve our customer service.

The set up is a bit confusing at times. It is hard for to remember all of the features that PulseM offers.

I like it because it's user friendly and the ream was great helping me set it up.

The ease of use and it’s Integration. Very easy to collect the information.

I forget how to change things from one time to another. That I have to write more on this review than I have time for.

Being able to have our customers write reviews is most helpful.

PulseM helped us get honest feedback from all of our customers and build our online reputation to allow natural traffic to flow to our Google My Business and company website.

We chose it because of its texting ability AND having NPS scores is extremely important to our President. And kept it because of the ease of use and integration with Service Titan.

If we have ever had any issues, they were prompt to help and respond. We love the charts that they provide for our teams so they can see their rankings.

The features of the review management is worth its weight in gold for service companies like  that use a great base of review to help generate more business as well as retain current customers.

I love that you can message multiple customers at the same time with ease.

Sometimes it is difficult to make sure PulseChecks aren't being sent to the right people or the amount of times they get the text/email.

Easy to use and quick to send out - we get responses right away from customers and dont have to chase down the reviews.

The review feature has allowed me to ensure our customers are satisfied and gives them an opportunity to post them publicly.

Can't think of one thing that we dislike about pulseM.

Best software for generating Google reviews. Love that it integrates with our website.
