M very satisfied with Booker. They are improving their service all the time.

I am stuck in Booker because I have been using it since 2014. My client data base and content are huge, they have been purchased by mindbody and I had hoped for an improvement, but its worse.

Wrong service and product history for clients that can never be corrected. Financial transactions that regularly crash.

Booker is a good product I have enjoyed using it. It's been a helpful part of our operation.

We had several manual processes and workarounds  to track and fix our data, but the auditing capabilities and ease of use make this system worthwhile.

Booker is great because I can keep track of my books even from home. I also enjoy being able to write progress notes.

The survey section is really helpful to hear from clients on what we can add or change to make their experience the best it can be.

It has good booking feature that notified employees and customers of appointments.

I have lost members because the software randomly double and triple charges them each month and doesn't represent it in the recent orders tab so it looks as if it hasn't.

Customer service is available - but they are often unknowledgeable and can only submit requests to development and they take months even years before they fix your problem.

Set up went very well and maintaining it is going well also. Customer service is excellent but haven't needed it much.

Even chirotouch is a better scheduler for a similar price, with superior reporting and accounting features.

I like how easy it is for customers to book and I like the Features of the marketing it is user friendly and very specific to the needs of the business and clients.

CONSTANTLY has issues with loading. They refuse to refund my monthly payment for the software during COVID19 even though their business is run by businesses that are forced to shut down.

It seems to be something that they do not actively work on, which seems crazy to me.

If you encounter issue in payment stage during a booking,  no entry point  for customer to get back to their unpay booking within system, you must work it out offline.

It also connects with Instagram which is awesome. The free plan has many benefits and overall just very pleased with the service.

Not quite perfect but amazing customer support more than makes the difference.

Sometimes clients don't read the reminder email properly which says it's from a no reply address; and reply to it to cancel appointments.

A few things have been really frustrating for me. There is no option to select that they have paid a deposit in person, only online payments.

Support was great, all questions were answered effectively and promptly.

If you get happier by the hour during testing because it meets almost all your wishes and you see parts you didn't know but still are fantastic then you have the WOW.

I love the fact that there is a video guide to help guide you through every single portion of setting up the site. It is easy to use and I love it so far.

The design and the configuration are elaborated and easy to use. The helpdesk is reponsive, what a good thing when you begin.

The program is friendly and has options and functionalities superior to those of other platforms. The price is reasonable, if the need and frequency of use is high.
