  • Pros

  • Booker is great because I can keep track of my books even from home. I also enjoy being able to write progress notes.
  • It has good booking feature that notified employees and customers of appointments.
  • Cons

  • Wrong service and product history for clients that can never be corrected. Financial transactions that regularly crash.
  • I have lost members because the software randomly double and triple charges them each month and doesn't represent it in the recent orders tab so it looks as if it hasn't.

  • This is a straight forward program to use at POS for your business. Somewhat simple design navigating through the software.
  • There are none, except this is the best the furniture world has for software and they worship it. The software is so outdated it's like stepping back 30 years.
  • Cons

  • The scheduling portion was broken, it wouldn't give correct information when making inquiries on availability, it would just lock you out of orders at points.
  • This can wreak havoc on our business. This may not be hey STORIS issue but rather an in-house Ethan Allen issue.
