  • Pros

  • They integrate into our largest suppliers. They provided us some good 3rd party resources.
  • Very customizable, has a beautiful interface, and is built with powerful features including rules, look up lists, limitless product attributes, data mapping, and more.
  • Cons

  • The category and subcategory valid values information provided lack details or not there. Also the lack of video tutorials.
  • The customer service was awful and can only be reached by email. The usual response time was 48 to 72 hours.

  • Toast is amazing it not only can handle on the fly menu changes, but can also work as your punch clock. Runs very smoothly on android os.
  • Nice features and ways to set up the menu for ease of use by employees. User-friendly up to a certain extent.
  • Cons

  • Install was a total disaster and cost our company over 40K in losses. They refused to take responsibility for their failures.
  • Took 4 months to get someone to finally review the credit card charges only for him to “shine me on” which is frustrating to a business owner.
