So Great to Have Everything Consolidated
Overall I think after a lot of research and a couple of trials Toast seemed to be the best option as a long-term solution. I believe it can grow with us over the years.
PROSOne stop shop plug and play solution! I was not interested in having to switch between systems and wanted easy reporting across the business.
CONSTakes a while to learn all the functionality but worth it once learned. Although it’s not a problem with the software itself, either a better hard copy training manual or disk would be helpful.

An Affordable Alternative to Aloha and Micros
A perfect system for a small restaurant with a lot of very handy features. They are extremely flexible with pricing options.
PROSTOAST is a solid point of sale system available for a very reasonable price. Adding, editing and removing menu items can be done quickly and remotely. Printer routing and other back of house set up is a breeze. Customer service staff is well trained and very reliable.
CONSNot really designed for large scale/ high volume operations. KDS screens have some issues.

Recent user interface changes
Until the recent update, I had a great experience with toast. This update should have been focus grouped by the people who interact with it on a regular basis. Making changes like this only cuts into the ability of a business to make money. Your job as a technology company is to make making money easier not more difficult.
PROSThe Toast version prior to the latest change was excellent on the front end. Very intuitive and organized. The problem I have is why would you change the entire functionality that made your company take the industry by storm? It seems irresponsible and disrespectful to make drastic changes without actual input from the companies you serve.
CONSCould be easier to adjust backend edits. The user interface update did not improve the customer experience. It was not an improvement from the former version.

Rip Off
Good luck get somebody in the phone and resolve the issue no ( 1 )speak English
PROSif I can give O star I will the suck your money out .
CONSI order product the messed up my order and charge me and have another the send me and charge me for the sand me label after three day sen the product back after milion call and email and no supervisor to talk and if you do he can Resolve anything and not get my credit back till after 28 days this is the most Ridiculous thing I ever hear you lost me as a customer and you'r not supporting Restarant business your there for take advantage of small business!!!!
