  • Overall, we have great support. All specialists are knowledgeable and helpful to resolve any issues, questions or concerns that come up.
  • This was a really good option for the money. They give me the ability to track sales and inventory across all of my stores with ease of access.
  • Ease of use and kost important the customer service especially the tech support. His was [SENSITIVE CONTENT] but in the past I had great experience with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and many others.

  • They send you system-wide emails apologizing saying their system was hacked and therefore the interruption i.
  • None other than sometimes when internet is down you are dead fish in the water.
  • Years ago there were some pretty bad issues with the service going offline and we were totally down.

  • The timing features for happy hour pricing, the ease of use for customers and staff, inventory use, ease of changing items on the fly during service. Such a great product for fast casual use.
  • And do it all in one place - is awesome. And the fact that it is all so easy and user friendly is just a bonus.
  • I love that you can pretty much totally customize it to your needs. The back end is very easy to use and I love the support links.

  • Install was a total disaster and cost our company over 40K in losses. They refused to take responsibility for their failures.
  • Customer Support Inadequate and Multiple Charges on customer accounts.
  • You end up paying more in lost time, chargeback fees, and waste money on a subscription that doesn't even provide you with enough support.
