Was integrated with M-Pesa, Kenyan mobile money solution making it very easy to pay fr products without having a debit or credit card.

It is very useful in every way and more secured because I do not need to carry a greater amount of cash when I go to a mall or even grocery.

Extremely good, I have used for over 2 years and will continue to do so.

Android pay is fairly new to the payment game and people need an open mind towards the possibility of using phones to pay.

Only thing that negative in Android pay is you can't pay anything or buy anything if your phone dies and can't use the application.

Ease of use and wife acceptance by merchants, seamless integration with bank accounts is a perfect payment solution.

I don't have much that I don't like about this software/app other than it's tied to Google and I worry about all of the other apps that my information may seep into.

I love this app due its simplicity and rewards. I earned about 1000 rs throught this app.

Some places only accept Apple Pay or no mobile pay. It is useless if that is the case.

It is the fastest form of online transactions compared to any other modes. It includes games and rewards like cash back policies which makes me more interested in this app.

It only can be use by android users not by apple users. But we need to understand that every application has a limitation.

It would be better if there will be more  features developed or improve in that way all can enjoy and use this wonderful application.

The thing I dislike is that when you enter an address for shipping it predicts that address in other websites.

Androi pay provides a wonderful services that you can't imagine in terms of convenient and secured payment.

Overall, Google Pay is a ubiquitous and fantastic option for all types payments of online, whether via UPI or via cards.

They kept telling me to go here go there fill out these forms which I did I finally had to three contacting BBB  customer service his horrible they have no knowledge of how to solve issues.

It's easy to use when you need to make a quick transfer and being able to reach a human if necessary is a great perk.

I worry what happens if you loose your phone but I think it only works if your phone's unlocked.

IOS updates - that cause the software to fail - are crippling and become unacceptable when our customers can no longer process their transactions.

Lack of customized searches in what should be a very flexible database format. Lack of automatic customized report generation on a routine basis.

Easy to use, fast and with a very good tecnical support. We are using Ordyx for more than a year and it's our third system since we open 8 years ago.

The customer support need some improvement ,  they have all been nice  helpful except that most never identify themselves.

The pros about the software is keep all you sales in one place it a great way to stay on top of you sales.

It is very easy to update a menu item price or add new items. They have implemented some suggestions and they seem to continually have regular updates that have made improvements.

In addition, use of remote platforms is difficult, bordering on impossible and getting help in solving the problem is equally difficult.

System has major flaws in reporting and we acitvely seeking new POS system. In addition TERRIBLE customer service on all counts.

The problem is the fact that you have to open multiple pages and do your own calculation for single counts and case counts. If you made an error on a price it is very difficult to make a correction.

The follow up calls are essential to maintaining a good working relationship...I thank you for that as well.

Clunky interface, MAJOR reporting error, lack of customer service. In the face of these major issues we were not contacted by management and no effort was made to keep our business.

It's wasn't the worst but it wasn't the best ill choose another software.

Onboarding was the most negative part of our experience. Complete lack of communication/understandin.

Cloud based with , for the most part, a reasonably good set of canned reports. The front of the house functionality is good.

Absolute garbage pos system. Old GUI with no control on button layout.

If you are lucky they will support you (answering the phone) on weekends,  consider a miracle if they can solve your problem.
