The ease of use and pulling data. It's very easy to navigate and process.

I love the ability to being it user friendly for both myself & the guest perspective. It’s very easy to teach & makes everyone’s lives easier & helps us with liability.

Adjusting payments and discounts is difficult. Gift card usage is really difficult.

The customer-facing interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Back-end manager dashboard is powerful and well-organized.

Making sure the same items are the same description/photo/etc. Can be difficult with a large team.

The primary asset of GoTab is the support team. The option to contact a representative in a few minutes is helpful in the food & beverage industry.

The ease of navigation through all the reports for sales, labor, product & food mix, menus and having them all on one platform is efficient and easy to use.

We absolutely loved the team. Sensitive content hidden] made the transition super easy.

I do find it hard sometimes to get a payment to go through and/or get the tablet to talk to the terminal.

Unlike most other POS systems, GoTab encourages integrations to make operations streamlined for the business. Their customer service is best in class and they listen to their customers needs/wants.

The customer service is best of class. Feature requests are responded to in a timely manner and all of the basic functionality needed by the vast majority of restaurants exists.

GoTab allows each guest to have their own POS therefore creating a dramatic increase in revenue potential.

There are some functions that can be confusing to use and there is no way to reverse them after the fact (ie. removing payments and opening vs removing payments and comping entire check.).

Excellent great set up support, great support when issues do come up.

GoTab POS integrates perfectly with our self-dispensing equipment and technology.

User other pos products before & this is by far the best.

I love how customizable and easy it has become. This product makes it so easy to book events for large groups, take orders through a server, or to have a tab for an individual.

It's functionality is difficult for some guests to use, especially without a thorough explanation. Also, reporting functions for the Management Team could be enhanced.

Installation was great the team helped with introduction training and support. On occasion the numbers get jumbled and out of order.

I find Vivonet user's friendly and with very good customers care services. I can usually do all the  information and reports pretty easily.

The load times for the reports can be frustrating, no report available for separate meal times.

I think its the ease to use and the forever updating and improving of your product.

Just keep up the great work and super response time.

A few years ago we had a lot of problems. This was both Vivonet and our school.

I absolutely love this system. It's ease of use and the prepopulation of most of the products we use in the database.

Giving the manager ability to make changes day of in the system and reflect day of in the system. Overall satisfied with the equipment and service.

If the tech had contacted me when the problem started I would have been able to got the issue straightened out. I was livid about the lack of contact or concern with letting me know.

There are no managers, no people in charge to help navigate this and we are slowly being buried by this.

We love the system, easy usage, great for training staff on register. Have recommended to others for their businesses.

It's easy to get assistance and most issues are solved and handled quickly. The wait time is very reasonable , and the help line tech's are courteous and knowledgeable.

Started my own place with Halo. Set up, customer service, training has all been amazing.

Customer support has been available when needed. The computer access to additional information is very helpful and the support is available for the minimal training necessary.

We are also really upsetting customers and losing sales since we can not redeem or load any gift cards because of settings that the card company needs them to deal with.

Double entries of the same item, excess plus and items due to too many users, or bad habits.

Not only that every month I receive an invoice for 85 dollars but i was charged 90 some amount. Over all I am very unhappy and have nothing good to say about or to the staff of vivonet.

I think that over all, it does everything you could ask of it. It feels a little simple, and doesn't run like a modern and elevated system, but it gets the job done in an easy enough manner.
