Installation was great the team helped with introduction training and support. On occasion the numbers get jumbled and out of order.

I find Vivonet user's friendly and with very good customers care services. I can usually do all the  information and reports pretty easily.

The load times for the reports can be frustrating, no report available for separate meal times.

I think its the ease to use and the forever updating and improving of your product.

Just keep up the great work and super response time.

A few years ago we had a lot of problems. This was both Vivonet and our school.

I absolutely love this system. It's ease of use and the prepopulation of most of the products we use in the database.

If the tech had contacted me when the problem started I would have been able to got the issue straightened out. I was livid about the lack of contact or concern with letting me know.

There are no managers, no people in charge to help navigate this and we are slowly being buried by this.

We love the system, easy usage, great for training staff on register. Have recommended to others for their businesses.

It's easy to get assistance and most issues are solved and handled quickly. The wait time is very reasonable , and the help line tech's are courteous and knowledgeable.

Started my own place with Halo. Set up, customer service, training has all been amazing.

Customer support has been available when needed. The computer access to additional information is very helpful and the support is available for the minimal training necessary.

We are also really upsetting customers and losing sales since we can not redeem or load any gift cards because of settings that the card company needs them to deal with.

Double entries of the same item, excess plus and items due to too many users, or bad habits.

Not only that every month I receive an invoice for 85 dollars but i was charged 90 some amount. Over all I am very unhappy and have nothing good to say about or to the staff of vivonet.

I think that over all, it does everything you could ask of it. It feels a little simple, and doesn't run like a modern and elevated system, but it gets the job done in an easy enough manner.

On app tutorials walk you through everything with outstanding customer service for the bigger issues.

It is really easy to set up, the price is way better than the other systems in the market, it works with wifi and you can use it on your laptop,  Ipad, smartphone.

I loved how in depth and detailed one could get and that it considered things like substitutions and such.

Overall, I've found this software to be user friendly. It solves many organizational issues that restaurants face.

Overall, Square is incredibly useful for our ability to manage payment and make things easy for our customers.

Any time that we did rung into something it was solved by customer service and was usually user error.

Square has been great for our food trailer. Ours came with a card swiper and we purchased the chip reader for less than $50.00.

Not a software, but a very minor inconvenience with the round  jack. The reader would occasionally turn during a card swipe, causing a read error.

However, the worst thing about this program was the Tipping Section. Customer's can't read the fine text at the tip checkout phase.

Simple and easy POS for small businesses like the food truck.

Sending refunds, looking up transactions, or sending coupons is super fast and way easier than any other system I have used.

It is so easy to use and is always quick to use, never issues with it. This is important in the restaurant.

Easy to buy local at Best Buy, easy to set up and great menu. I also love the daily sales report that I get via email.

The software makes it more accessible for small businesses to stay competitive in the era of pick up and delivery.

So Simple and way easy to use. Really helps out small businesses everywhere.

I have enjoyed using it overall as a user to save time and be efficient.

Square was a huge help for us as a restaurant this year. With covid-19 businesses had to move really fast to the online market and Square provides the tools to get there really fast and easy.

Easy to use at any restaurant, dont have to carry cash when you are traveling convenient and easy to use.

The user interface is clear and simple. It works perfectly well for our servers.

HR, on-boarding, benefits, payroll, CC processing all built in is very convenient.

The back of house reporting is a disaster. Ve never worked with a more complicated, obtuse, confusing reporting function.

It’s sleek, modern, and up to date with the rest of the community’s technology. It puts me a step above the competition because my POS helps me streamline our productivity in many different ways.

What I like the most about square processing payments is that it makes it very easy to restore that customer's information such as email, phone number and past transaction history and payments.

If you lose wi-fi, you'll be scrambling to put in place an ad hoc system. I have also heard managers complain about the cost of the software.

Excellent and not had any breaches yet but always a worry.

No way to start tabs, back end reports are not helpful, occasional payments disappear, not real support set-up, no real-time off site reports available.

If you purchase the full upgrades you try in the trial. The reality of the free version is woefully inadequate.

I love how they offer the CRM tool and even more I love how easy is to create a website for your restaurant with them.
