Windaward refused to provide refund despite us doing the mandatory 60 days.

This is a good and affordable option. Its is fully integrated, from POS, accounting and Inventory control.

Bad System it never works and is most just down. Bad support you rarely can get a hold of these people.

Support is always helpful, sales team is knowledgeable, software is easy to use and looks great, training website is great.

No support for Sys5Script.exe any more. The template editor is very unpleasant to use.

Even the lovely receptionist is awesome has walked me through issues on more than one occasion.

Inventory control and details that can be entered into each item is awesome. Customer sales tracking is great.

There are occasional errors that pop up and random issues. But 90% of these are self-resolving (very intuitive software).

Sales/Upsell warnings can be on a report, but not data loaded. Purchase warnings can be data loaded, but not put on a report.

Also, My website is easier to use from a cell phone now. It's worth paying the extra money for each month.

Customer service has always been helpful if I had a question or issue. The software has integrated well with my QuickBooks software so that's been helpful as I'm learning QB.

I had trouble with my labels in the printing mode. I use a different size of label than they have on file.

The product is incredibly user friendly, can be used on any device (not tied to a license on one desktop machine like other systems) and support is great.

Every one has been wonderful beyond any expectations. Thank you to each and every one of them.

But we are happy with the functionality and effectiveness of Rain. The fact that Rain is continually improving and updating their system has only increased our satisfaction over the years.

They are constantly improving, updating and listening to customer suggestions to make their product even better.

I've had at least 2-3 calls to different technicians ag in a row where I just felt bad for even calling.
