Easy is the best way to describe it. Support is always fast to respond, program is easy to use, and it generates more reviews than I could imagine.

Not the easiest to integrate. Requires some custom CSS to display properly.

Software is easy to use. Like the speed and efficiency of review collection.

The software does not notify you when a customer upload images and when they do, most images are cut from the software and impossible to use.

And the survey questions themselves prompt high quality responses that are very useful for business insights.
