Unlike most other platforms, there is  no user guide materials available which makes it impossible to understand how to develop more adavanced functionalities.

Reporting out of the tool is quite limited in terms of design.

Training up internal resource to provide initial support as well as low level development is a great way of keeping development costs down. Lots and lots of functionality, more than you can ever need.

No baseline or off the shelf product to limit build and test impact on customers using the platform to manage processes in compliance with recognised standards e.g. Internal Audit.

Too much data and it is slow. When errors occur responses from the chat function are intermittent.

However, the user management for having multiple roles in multiple workspace can cause confusion to internal and external users.

The development team are knowledgeable and keen to deliver the best solution they can. The relationship management support has also been highly effective in building our relationship.

Easy to use, functional and user friendly. Able to get in contact with consultants quickly and always receive a personalised response.

Ease of use and the ease of implementing changes. DF colleagues are very responsive and easy to work with.

They were very helpful in listening to our needs and suggesting solutions which would meet both our needs and those of our clients.

Usability and design of the platform struck me as the main highlight that i observed.

Its no code so its ease of configurability is a plus.

Great tool to manage SOX programs and audit programs. It is very user friendly and scalable and everything you need is in the tool.

The user interface is intuitive, making it very easy for the end users to complete requirements. The different modules offered can support  a company very well.

No need for a GRC tool, just SOXhub to manage all SOX compliance.

They even take user opinions into account quite often. The entire staff has found it intuitive to use and easy to navigate.

Time tracking functionality is very basic. Can do budget vs actual but limited from there.

The toll has many helpful features, a great feature is the Workstream module which helps keep constant communication between Internal Audit and the business.

File management and file preview size. Hate that the preview does not auto scale to right size of the file.

We also like the support team - they are very flexible and open to our suggestions. The integrated email communication within Soxhub is very useful.

My company recently transitioned to SOXHUB and the ease of use and end user experience has made it nearly seamless.

There are no features that are bad, or I can think of for improvement.

AuditBoard's SOXHUB is a great GRC solution for managing a SOX program.

It seems to have been designed more for Risk Departments and ERM teams, than for audit's risk assessments of their auditable entities.

When we first adopted Risk Oversight , we lost some functionality we had with our former risk assessments. The AuditBoard engineering team has since worked with us to improve this though.

It has been a great tool so far and has good customer support.

We can get quick responses from the auditors and finish audit tasks more timely with the ease of Audit Board.

It's so easy to use and report on whatever you need. The ability to see status and click through to what you need is intuitive.
