  • Simplifies complex SOX management when there are many businss ubits, very helpful support team.
  • Thsi company (ProcessGene) is 100% Service Oriented. Not only the technology is great, but the professional services were provided bu high quality consultants.
  • Cons

  • Can be priced when compared side by side to other similar services. Sometimes I had some trouble finding my way around.
  • The ERM risk module has many features but is a bit complex and requires training.

  • The integration between service and asset management is seamless and easy. The pricing is very reasonable for the benefit that we receive.
  • I really appreciate the ability to organize columns in my ticket queue according to my preferences.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the agent will report software that no longer exists on the device. This can cause some inaccuracies.
  • No option to automatically change a ticket’s status when an agent responds. Complicated groups and permissions.
