All of the analyst we worked with were great and were very helpful through each phase of the projects.

Integrations to ERP and business systems is complex and costly. You cannot access the code of Generix WMS and thus must use their team for much of this process.

The overall functionality and ease of use of the product for all areas of warehousing operations.

This is a good product and provides all the requirements for my customers warehouses. This should be on a your list if you are looking at a new WMS.

At first, the version we were using was missing logic for maintaining the database performance.

Since integrations are not built in this makes the upgrade process very time consuming and costly. In my experience it does not happen often due the complexity.

It easily integrated to receive data from our ERP system and send updates back.

Solochain WMS is a world class, fully featured and easily customized software. The architecture fit perfectly into our complex business model and its ease of use was easily adapted by all our staff.

We are most impressed by the exceptional inventory management and traceability features of this software.

The software made it very easy to keep track of all goods and it was easy to move parts throughout the buildings and rooms and get data out of the system exporting it to excel.

Before implementing Solochain, we had all paper processes and delayed data and reporting.

Additional 3rd party partnerships also allow for add on products to integrate best of breed in non-wms areas like labls and shipping.

While the Solochain software may be one of the more cost effective solutions, we certainly haven't suffered on any aspect of functionality.

We tried to avoid modifications, but when we did modify the system, we had some bugs to fix.

The customer support and responsiveness when contacted is always impressive.

It's helping our warehouses to run more smoothly, but I'm most impressed with how it is able to capture our unique manufacturing operations.

It can be difficult to understand how doing things in Solochain affects NAV. It requires someone who knows both systems to keep them in sync.

It helps our business to grow, automate the planification process and helps my team spend time on more important things than planning.

I miss some KPI dashboards. For now, I can only see some metrics of each driver but maybe a bigger report that  encompasses the results of our drivers.

This software is good and  likely to be used and it is easy to use all people are happy to use for it.

The best thing is that their team it's always there to  help if you have any doubt.

Great software that saves my team lots of time. Easy recommendation as it's user-friendly and constantly being improved.

No regional restrictions. Searching by address would be faster if city or province restrictions were in place.

The ease of use and productivity increment it provides and how quick the team responds to reported bugs.

Planner by SmartMonkey is a route planner and optimizer that allows users to set routes based on sat-nav data and open or closed route information. Drivers can plan ideal routes for vehicles carrying heavy loads and it supports reroutes for traffic jams or road maintenance. The logistics tool monitors drivers in real-time and allows planners to control routes for multiple fleet vehicles, helping to prioritize those with time-sensitive loads.
