  • Pros

  • What I like most about Intercom is that it makes conversing with our customers super easy.
  • It's so powerful and easy to use. It was effortless to set up, and all our business users (who've never done customer support before), find it very easy to use, and the users love it too.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes messages get lost and its tough to find the message trail of particular string. Sometimes unable to identify customers.
  • It can be confusing to use. The API CAN be confusing at first since there is a lot of terminology they use.

  • The most impactful feature is the ability to keep building my funnel while I focus on other streams of revenue.
  • This application has great automation incorporated into every type of transaction you want to set up. This application is a huge time saver and I love having more time.
  • Cons

  • I don't like that I can't delete leads that are either dead or bad number etc. that are given to me. I probably have 1000 leads just sitting there. I wish there was a way to get rid of those.
  • I hate the fact that we have to keep adding money for texts and calls apart from the $99/month.
