One thing that's been a little tricky with the software is when Maps accidentally become locked and are unavailable for access by others.

Maptician is affordable, intuitive and easy to use. The single sign on makes it easy for our staff to use.

Permissions were somewhat confusing when trying to apply them to users.

When the administrative team was getting up to speed on the system, our customer support was always responsive and eager to help.

The support from the team has been awesome. They are willing to adjust and make changes within the software to support our needs.
