Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The modular panels are very helpful and the design is pretty intuitive when you're constructing your email. I don't typically like drag-and-drop functionalities but this one does it pretty well.
  • The functionality of the email campaigns are great and we feel like we're just scratching the surface when it comes to their capability.
  • Cons

  • Our organization is unsure of if this is a problem with the company or Gmail, but that is one obstacle we have come across.
  • The only complaint (and it really isn't a complaint) is that they don't have a local feel to them. We are in a tough market.

  • The software is easy to use and puts all of our reviews across multiple communities and multiple review sites into one place for easy management.
  • Everything is available at your finger tips. Product quality at a very competitive cost.
  • Cons

  • When we started on the platform it was in transition from an older version so the interface was a little confusing as there were legacy options available alongside newer ones.
  • When our original account manager left he company the new account manager wasn't as invested in our relationship, which was disappointing.
