  • It's also very helpful that the event software and forms are integrated into the platform.
  • Also, the ongoing training opportunities, customer support and ever evolving aspects have been incredibly helpful and have allowed us to make our processes even more efficient.
  • Cons

  • The marketing aspect of give effect is lacking. There are other systems that we use because of the lack of data collected from marketing tools.
  • While software problems are to be expected the lack of customer service is awful and our biggest issue with this system.

  • On top of that, [sensitive content hidden. And the team behind it are always very responsive to queries, and offer great advice on how to improve and streamline its use.
  • I find their customer service skills outstanding as they walk you through everything. I can check my traffic but also repeat customers which helps me build my brand.
  • Cons

  • Receiving daily summary everyday when no booking... but they working on it.
  • It can be hard to get your head around as one or two bits aren't overly intuitive.
