Excellent Call Control with multiple advanced telephony functions.

The licensing model can become costly and upgrade can at times get complicated.

It powered our VoIP communication, voicemail delivery by email, allowed us to automate certain feature changes and more. It was rich in feature and features were hard to find.

I like most to communicate with team members. I can solve my problems quickly over Cisco.

There's a lot of functionality there. Their tech support is good.

It is practical to communicate with company employees, however there are line problems.

I can't think of anything that I've disliked this product. In my opinion, it is exactly what a mid- or high-volume Call/Contact Center needs.

Configuration rich interfaces with strong delineation of permission sets and redirects. Administrative overhead easily reduced by account permissions sets.

The reporting tools are a bit overwhelming and sometimes difficult to report on the exact items I need.

The product support (Technical Assistance Center) is great too.

It supports all protocols and is easy to integrate with third parties. Policies can be created very easily and user control is simplified with the integration to LDAP.

The ability to have separate offices extension dial and setup call centers with ease was much help during our initial call center deployments.

Making upgrade takes too much time. Administrative priviliges are limited.

Plus, we have several different call blocks so I never know which prefix goes with which extension.

The interface is good and holds up all the necessary information as it should on every single page. The back end looks sturdy too and looks like a robust system.

Very difficult to learn the terminology and how templates were used and managed.

While comunicating and presenting may appear a delay. The presenter needs some time to make someone else presenter.

Easy web interface, easy configuration. Limitation for different user types like administrator or helpdesk personel.

Cannot use anything while it has dropped offline.

As it is popular it is easy to find support. TAC support is normally really good.

Been using call manager for over 10 years - this is one of the better call systems out there - sure cloud based services are popular but for enterprise with thousands of phones this is a solid option.

The only complaints that I've had about CUCM have all been addressed in newer versions. The complexity of licensing was addressed with Enterprise License Manager.

One can argue that this is good or bad but it depends on your nature.

A bit biased as we are an Avaya Business Partner that offers the IP Office in a cloud hosted (PoweredBy Avaya) offering.

If you can afford to fork up enough money to their top tier product, it will definitely handle everything and CS support is better.

After researching extensively it seems to be an issue with Avaya. Searching through the contacts can also be difficult.

Price points on the cloud system are excellent, competitive to most major cloud pbx providers, while getting more features and functionality.

It was confusing at first but now that I have used it for some time I am used to it and can do everything I need quickly.

The user interface on their phones requires some learning. For staff who are not accustomed to using the phones regularly this can be frustrating.

Sometime facing problem with integration with other Vendor.

The Value and the user friendly interface this is one of the best voip phone services out there used in large call centers.

I have overall good experience with Avaya IP office and personally recommend for Small and Medium size of organizations.

Flexibility and customization comes with ease. Programming interface is very straightfoward and easy to use.
