  • Pros

  • It was very easy to use, and gave you some great insights into what your competitors where doing to gain site traction and traffic.
  • It really helps with keywords and understanding how the site is doing and what could be improved. They also offer lots of help and give great newsletters on what to do.
  • Cons

  • The filters require you to be 100% specific and this leaves a lot of room for errors. It is hard to learn when you are starting out.
  • I think the only problem we have had with this platform has been to use 100% of the tools it has, because it is very complete and has so many features that it is difficult to understand everything.

  • Making and deploying the flows was fun - it's like playing a game. Implementation was effortless for our developers.
  • The flow builder works great and there are just a huge number of ways to build logic into the flows. We have a complex UI, and so it is great to have several methods of building logic to fall back on.
  • Cons

  • Limited on what I can access from my mobile phone on Userflow platform. Takes a long time to load and occasionally failing completely to be accessible on my Android OS device.
  • There is no way for new user to test the full version of the software before subscribing to the premium version. This is wrong and they should fix it.
