With SmartSuite I was finally able to find a solution that kept information visually accessible, and it links data across multiple solutions keeping information accurate.

I really cannot think of a single thing to dislike. Any time we ask about a change they make it happen.

Users want to use the platform, unlike Notion, which can be confusing.

My team loves it too so team adoption was easy.

One limitation we ran into is the formula spectrum which is smaller than Excel/Sheets which can be a need for workaround in some perspectives.

The flexibility of the platform is impressive. The team is engaging and very responsive.

I love how easy it is to see progress on a project at any point, and how all files, communication and calendar are tied in within the task. So insanely simple but there is so much you can do.

How easily it integrates with our other systems and tools. Easy to use, easy to figure out, easy to communicate and improves overall efficiency within our team.

For creative firms, I like to use SmartSuite along with Milanote.

SmartSuite is literally everything in one place. I can't wait to get everything fully loaded in SmartSuite so we can save money by canceling/consolidating many of those other products.

TAP is very configurable, and the support team is very responsive to requests for additional functionality.

As the title of my review says, you're wasting time and money if you haven't started using this.

We've had a really good experience with ThinkSmart and automating our CDA and other workflows. It was easy to set-up as a quick move from another platform.

TAP's flexibility in workflow designer to customize to our specific needs. The out of the box integrations that make it easy to connect with e-signature tools and others without IT support.

Lastly, it easily integrates with e-signature tools which allows you to take your process to a whole new level.

You're losing time & money if you aren't using this tool.

Easy to set-up workflows and build in routes for approvals and signatures.

They truly care about your success, are incredibly intelligent and provide wonderful advice on how best to redesign your process, and are with you every step of the way.

It's a user friendly and easily accessible tool. We've automated a dozen processes or intake solutions we had previously leaned on email and other less visible and non-reportable paths.

And best of all, Thinksmart provides outstanding customer support and training.
