Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Clean design, simple setup. This was our first step in taking the business from paper to a software with mobile capabilities.
  • It is very user friendly and the customer support has been very good.
  • Cons

  • It failed to do so & it completely altered our inventory, leaving our staff unable to invoice for over a week.
  • Customer Service is terrible. Every time we have an issue, they say they will take care of it and then something else goes wrong.

  • It is built extremely user friendly, with similar UI to other softwares provided by vendors at great cost.
  • It is evolving constantly, it's free and it does the job well no matter if you just want to take a look at a shapefile or you want to deliver more complex projects - it's there and it works.
  • Cons

  • Even if it's not ideal it causes the extended use of older version of QGIS when working on a specific project for longer.
  • The installation is a little difficult at times and it requires uninstalling the previous version. The tool bar graphics can look a little dated graphically.
