It failed to do so & it completely altered our inventory, leaving our staff unable to invoice for over a week.

Clean design, simple setup. This was our first step in taking the business from paper to a software with mobile capabilities.

Customer Service is terrible. Every time we have an issue, they say they will take care of it and then something else goes wrong.

It is very user friendly and the customer support has been very good.

It integrates very nicely with my Quickbooks - I also like that it keeps everything streamlined to make my job easier.

Perfect fit that has the option to integrate with Quickbooks, but works as a standalone if you want to separate it from your accounting system.

MHelpdesk makes very eye-pleasing invoices and billing statements, and they are easy to manipulate and add/change information on.

Quickbooks integration came along too late for us to play with or even consider. The support team is pretty responsive and helpful when available.

The demo and set up was great. They did the hard part with our onboarding.

We've been able to negotiate lower prices as a long time customer, but if we had to pay today's rates based on what we know now, we would look for something else.

The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations.

I have not used anything slower since dial up internet. No one at the company can give us a straight answer as to when fixed will be implemented and everyone gives the run around to save themselves.

Even if it's not ideal it causes the extended use of older version of QGIS when working on a specific project for longer.

QGIS is a must have for anyone doing spatial analysis or GIS related work. Its free and comes with a lot of capabilities similar to other products like ARC-GIS.

The installation is a little difficult at times and it requires uninstalling the previous version. The tool bar graphics can look a little dated graphically.

The user interface is outdated and needs revamping. Some features are either difficult to find or sometimes buggy/not working.

It is not a very intuitive tool and some of its features are hard to complete.

The support community is also great making it easy to get solutions to any issues you may have.

It presents some translation errors in its other pre-defined languages, but it does not get in the way of using it.

It is easy to use, especially if you have previously handled a GIS tool. The software is continually being improved.

This is a full-featured, intuitive GIS software with many devoted users who develop add ons for some many situations. The software is updated regularly.

Having the ability to integrate many different file types is a great feature that makes this software awesome.

Qgis is a free, open source software, so the price is literally unbeatable.

It is good alternative to  other hig cost soft wares and python can be easy used for customization.

Easily connectable to other applications even including hardware GPS devices through plugins and has an easy integration with Excel Databases and supports most Excel Database formats.

The amount of times the software crashed, on several different PC's is unacceptable.

I like that this software is open source, yet has a lot of powerful features, most of which I have not gotten around to exploring.
