It failed to do so & it completely altered our inventory, leaving our staff unable to invoice for over a week.

Customer Service is terrible. Every time we have an issue, they say they will take care of it and then something else goes wrong.

It is very user friendly and the customer support has been very good.

It has a very fluid customization feature. Working in HTML is really nice and the support to help you get through it is phenomenal.

There are VERY limited reports, unable to scale a business with this software.

Perfect fit that has the option to integrate with Quickbooks, but works as a standalone if you want to separate it from your accounting system.

The customer service is fantastic. There is not usually a wait time to get a person on the line to assist in any way.

MHelpdesk makes very eye-pleasing invoices and billing statements, and they are easy to manipulate and add/change information on.

Quickbooks integration came along too late for us to play with or even consider. The support team is pretty responsive and helpful when available.

Love this product and it is great value for money. Looked at other products out their but they don't do what this one can do for the same money.

Best thing about MHelpDesk is that its all online and they have very supportive customer service reps.

The demo and set up was great. They did the hard part with our onboarding.

We've been able to negotiate lower prices as a long time customer, but if we had to pay today's rates based on what we know now, we would look for something else.

The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations.

I have not used anything slower since dial up internet. No one at the company can give us a straight answer as to when fixed will be implemented and everyone gives the run around to save themselves.

About a year ago, trying to get away from Planon, we got stuck in an evaluation process of new FMIS suppliers.

Everyone can easily use this app with a little knowledge as it is user friendly and efficient. I even use this app for allocating the cost of each asset which helps me to manage a budget.

We didn't miss this, but if you're new into computer managed facility management, you may have difficulty understanding the general concept of FMIS or CMMS.

Used efficiently the software can be of great benefit to any Facilities Management Team.
