It is sometimes too slow for the impatient staff members.

We are unable to use the mobile app licenses provided so there are times when it is difficult to get on to the system due to licensing limitations.

Cost (when we purchased in 2018 compared to the other companies we looked at, seems like cost has increased substantially since then for new users).

There are still some things that happen with the software that we don't understand. That may be ignorance on our part.

Once you figure out the tracking system and the best way to do it, it is awesome.

Flexible, fairly easy to use, great customer support during implementation and customization and continuing after.

Pros, Easy tracking of asset repair cost and repair time. Ability to start doing predictive repairs and automatic PM work orders.

The software is able to organize and manage a great deal of information and helps keep staff on top of responsibilities.

It will generate work orders for you. The time and money this program will save you is unmatched.

No matter how good a system seems, it is only as good as the followup and support that you receive from the vendor.

Then it was no longer be supported so we moved up to the 7.0 and hate it.

Sometimes the software runs a little slow but I am not sure really if it is the software or an internet problem.

I will say that I have never thought the layout of the GUI was wonderful, but you can master it with a little effort.

Getting everything into the system has been a bit of a pain but the more work you put into it up front the more you get out of the long haul.

I have and will continue to recommend the MPulse software to anyone looking for a reliable, user friendly package.

We failed to fully implement those programs mostly due to lack of software support or training from the companies.

Pros: Technical support and training is excellent, ease of data input and system control, fantastic reports.

Samsara has been a great tool not only in organizing and managing out vehicles and assets, but has allowed us to successfully defend against false claims.

It is the best integration I have seen so far.

Not having a fleet program is putting my company drivers at risk. This advertising was fraud.

Lack of integration with our CRM and inability to automate creating new customers from an outside source.

The only downside is that when the gateway has an issue with the truck the GPS tracking is shut down.

The other thing that really impressed me was that for what you pay, you receive free feature-rich firmware and software updates to your equipment during the life of your contract.

There ELS picks up violations in elog and no one able to remove the violation.

We have been very happy with Customer service. The Cameras are very clear with good night vision as well.

Since everyone has begun working from home and remotely, customer service has suffered and response time from email is very lacking, and when they do its the same scripted reply's.

We use this daily and it has saved us in payroll cost as well as downtime with my drivers. The clarity of photos is crystal.
