Alexandria: User Friendly and Great Customer Service.

Program went offline often. Couldn’t circulate books or use online card catalog.

Somewhat disappointing when you compare it to the big companies.

Alexandria partners with other library solutions, helping us to implement the time saving copy cataloguing as well as providing a platform for subscription of E-Books.

The support line is awesome to deal with when I have questions about how to perform a function or how to set up security (which can be a little challenging for our large district).

Our teachers were quite reluctant to have to learn new software and all, but now that it's done they think it's pretty slick.

I have used Alexandria in several forms for over 20 years. I am very pleased with the program and all the updates I have gone through.

The program is reliable and consistent. I love the organization of it and appreciate the willingness of the company to constantly be making improvements and updates.

Customer support was fantastic. We did have to pay for that service though.

We so much rely on internet connectivity to access the library solution. It is frustrating to both staff and patrons when internet is down, as access is not possible.

The beautiful thing is that the software is hosted by the manufacturer, removing the need for installation, upgrades and security. We we made subscription, Alexandria takes care of the rest.

Cataloging is so superb and one can be in control of the software by navigating across panes easily.

I like that the features are user friendly and that there are constant updates from the company to ensure ease of use.

I have been using Alexandria for five years and love that it is easy for me and the students to use. Their customer service is excellent and always friendly.

The other thing I love about Alexandria is their willingness to take the suggestions from the user to improve the operations. I think it is a great program and I hope we always have it in my library.

However, once I got it up and running it was very easy to use and super reliable.

For all of this time, I've enjoyed the intuitive nature of the program, esp. when it comes to running reports. This is also a very easy program for cataloging.

We don’t really use the standard channel integrations, even though they seem to work just fine, but are ale to build our own custom dataflows exactly to our liking.

In technical perspective very good and functional feed software. In our experience very flexible and innovative.

It's intuitive and robust help area is great. Also the responsiveness of Productsup support is highly valued.

It's been good, just wish I actually knew what I was doing with Feeds to better give a response.

It's straight forward and easy to use. Building new feeds has been made even easier than it was before, with the pre-set templates for different publishers like Google,Facebook,Yahoo etc.

Data Ingest from Cloud is a little bit shaky from time to time. Even if things are usually quickly fixed that might lead to some stress.

It is not an intuitive interface and is difficult to use without consulting customer service.

Additionally, the support team is also helpful and willing to troubleshoot and issues.

On a personal note, it is difficult to sometimes create shortcuts when managing several different feeds and we need to repeat the same steps across a few.

Ease of use, level of expertise from support, willingness to help figure out account solutions; best overall feed product I've worked with.

The support of ProductsUp is amazing, and super friendly. They know what they're doing, and not once disappointed me when asking for help.

Productsup has a huge amount of integrated functions to automate the product data processing.

Support has always been outstanding the past years.

I'm not familiar with feed products, so it's been a difficult learning process.

It's ease of use, amazing customer support, and flexibility. The UI is pretty easy to understand and intuitive.

There isn't much about this software, in which I don't like.

Some fonctionality are difficult to use, and sometimes we don't have any document for some existing feature.

It will be better if you side can make it more steady, sometimes the system error makes our side really embarrassed.

Any specifications or customization I want to make have been possible. Their excellent customer service help me implement any ideas I have.
