  • Pros

  • User friendly platform, responsive and helpful tech team, great features for youth program management.
  • I am not a big tech person but I found setting up everything on Sawyer to be very straightforward. I have used other scheduling systems in the past and am so happy that I went with Sawyer.
  • Cons

  • I had it off on one class but not the other. You could say that my error.
  • The widget slows your website down dramatically and the problem has existed for a long time. Customer Service is the major negative with this platform.

  • Great customer service from sales to implementation to ongoing support. New features being added on a regular basis and opportunity to provide feedback on future features and changes.
  • StoriiCare has given us a good solution to digital care planning and is mostly easy to use and intuitive.
  • Cons

  • At the moment, there is one unfulfilled goal of mine: the potential for activities to be accompanied by linked images, rather than just in separate photo albums.
  • So, implementation into our operations cannot be done efficiently, requiring a number of tasks to still be done manually until the required functions can be available in StoriiCare.
