I like how when we put names in how information it gathers and how you can auto send birthday messages. #### Cons I think it would be nice if there could be more auto functions that could be used. This is really splitting hairs, but I wish the texting function allowed more characters to be used per text message. We also like the pricing and custom options. #### Cons Although this has not happened yet (to my knowledge) - we use a third party giving platform that syncs with Breeze. We were told that we may no longer be able to sync and this might happen soon. We are not interested in changing the platform as it is tied into our live streaming, calendar and website. The Breeze team set it all up for me so I didn't have to learn how to do it. The training videos are wonderful. Another wonderful aspect is how fast they are to respond when I need help. #### Cons I don't really have something I don't like about this software. We love the ability to easily manage our congregation info and their suite of products is all inclusive. They offer forms, donation management, child check in, online giving and group management all for one price. Every other solution offers these individually and for a high price, and none of them are quite as easy to use. #### Cons The only negative of this software is that it does not allow members to log in create an account and update their information automatically. For the value of money, features, and ease of use, Tithely easily is the best all around use for Church Management. I also love they customer support! We have a small church and it meets our needs without blowing our budget. We mostly use it just to record giving and send out end-of-year statements. Overall, I'd say that Breeze is beneficial to our church. I also like the ability to create forms, which I've used to create ballots for online voting and make seating arrangements during the pandemic. Being able to manage our members and receive online payments are also pros. #### Cons The cost is what I like the least.
