When a family drops in during a holiday trip, I don't need to have their details in the main data base - I work full time, so I miss a lot of the training that is held during the day and have a limited amount of time other than school breaks to have phone communications. - There's not really anything that I don't like about ChurchTrac. I absolutely love how user friendly the software is! The ease of the different modules and the support respond is excellent. It is a tremendous value. ChurchTrac support has been outstanding. My emails have been answered in a very timely fashion. The videos included in support are very helpful in learning a very user-friendly software. I emailed ChurchTrac an Excel file of my church membership information, and it was uploaded with two hours. Excellent experience. #### Cons At this point I have no cons. I did mention in the pros that ChurchTrac did not include payroll. I was not looking for it to be included. #### Reasons for choosing ChurchTrac One of the most important reasons I chose ChurchTrac was the free trial. The free trial allowed me to really see what the software offered and how user friendly it was. The support staff was excellent as well. #### Reasons for switching to ChurchTrac Price and ease of use. I wish the 2-Factor authorization would allow for a separate voice number for the user's email/text. No incentive was offered We researched the product, and were very impressed with their video content on YouTube describing in bite-sized pieces how different aspects of the program work. We tried the 30 day trial and were very happy with how well supported the programs are with easy-to-find help videos and articles, as well as how responsive their support team is for more convoluted questions. After purchasing one of the packages, their team has continued to reach out to us with tips, suggestions, and even a free zoom call to make sure we are getting started on the right foot. So far it has been a stellar experience!! #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros I love the way the way Churchtrac is set up for church use, everything from how families are grouped together for easy maintenance, to the way the accounting structure is set up, and how easy it is to get giving contributions and other reports run and distributed. We have just started to use the system and can't wait to try the other goodies that we know are available! #### Cons Some of the entry screens are a bit clunky, and the fly-out menus on the left keep flying into the way of what I'm doing. You have continued to add beneficial features which shows that you care about it being the best program available.
