My overral experience with Transkiptor is amazing because the software makes me more productive and allows me to focus on jobs that are more important.

Is easy to use and intuitive. I think that is an important work tool.

Sometimes it over transcript such as ummm voices. Its hard to delete those words.

Great precision in relation to the times of the subtitles and in the recognition of the words. Very few corrections had to be made.

Orthography errors, punctuation, and other minor flaws which can be refined with time and development.

Voice to text feature in Bahasa Indonesia is quite excellent.

Overall it is really positive experience, please keep the good work.

It was very easy to use. It was good that it was giving an idea about the talk.

Overall, i'm happy using the features which help a lot in my daily business. But still you guys need a lot of improvement especially timing of your customer support.

Customer service has been terrific. The response is prompt and both technological and billing queries were efficiently resolved.

Transkriptor is an excellent transcription tool.

The SW is pretty easy to install and works pretty well as an APP. I saved a lot of time in my research just recording the interview from my phone and simply loading in the APP.

Hard to edit the transcript, when push enter or backspace, etc. Need to open new tab to redo the edit, because if not the time stamp is messed up.

For English, I've used a wonderful tool, called Temi, but I switched to Transkriptor because it concentrates all languages. We are saving time (many hours) with the tool and money.

What I liked most about transkryptor is how it has a high accuracy. With an easy-to-use platform, I only needed to make punctuation adjustments.

What I don’t like is their confusing DASHBOARD is a little confusing where one needs to enter URL for their account & billing information & another for video info.

Setup was super easy and most of the work was automatically done inside of Videolinq, which is way better than others that I have tried that require a manual setup.

I also like that Zoom integrates and I can use Zoom to record and later stream to social channels. I like that I can have my own player on my site to stream CDN feature.

Overall, this has great potential especially if you only need to stream to multiple destinations or if you are in need of a great media player.
