Pros

Love all that Vagaro offers for the price. So glad we opened our fitness studio using this software. Never any complaints from our clients!

Cons

No wait list for fitness classes. Also, the inability to transfer a client from one class to another.

Pros

I like that the app allow my clients to have all of the information at the finger tips. This is a plus for me and my company.

Cons

I wish that make improvements in the daily deals for the fitness industry. For example, make it where we can offer deals for a group classes. I understand that the fitness section was recently added, so it will take some time.

Makes my work life easier!

Pros

reminder texts for clients, option to sync with personal calendar, maximum control over books, its easy!

Cons

I would like to be able to drop in a walk in appointment and not have the client get a text, also if I could easily adjust the time blocked for each appointment by dragging, I mostly use my phone so maybe there is a feature I'm not aware of.

Seems to work well

This product seems simple to use and look like it would be a huge time saver. I wouldn't recommend using it as I do not know enough about it to do so however i would for sure recommend looking into this option!

Pros

I like that it automatically sends email or text reminders about my appointments. Even if i change the time i get an updated message with all changes.

I do not really know that much about the product as I am a customer of someone who uses this option.

This seems to be the most user friendly software I have tried. I have sampled Mind Body and Pike 13 and Vagaro seems to have everything I need for half the price!

Cons

I wish there were more options with one program within multiple locations so user did not have to subscribe to multiple locations.

Vagaro, an impressive booking software, with amazing customer service

I really like how Vagaro listens to customers advice about future features. It is really great customer service and i have nothing bad to say about them.

Pros

I really like the ability to combine booking with accounting. The whole package in one place. Being able to create gift certificate codes, send emails, and interact with clients are all great features.

Cons

Sometimes it freezes after an update; however, the bugs are worked out quickly. I cant think of anything else that I have found negative.

Vagaro makes work easier to Manage

Pros

I like that there are a lot of options to help me set up my business in a way that makes sense for me. Vagaro helps me manage my schedule and make appointments quickly. I enjoy the reminders to my guests so I have fewer missed appointments.

Cons

Its not totally intuitive and easy to use......but easy enough. I know I'm not using Vagaro to its full potential......and I'm not sure how to get there. I would love somer personal coaching

I really like the features on this system. I am enjoying the tutorials so much as well, it makes it easy to understand. I also like the Gift Certificate system. It is really easy to use and understand the different features.

Cons

So far I have not been able to find areas that are cons. I think one are of con is I cannot figure out how to change the colors of my services to see them better.

great alternative to other pricey softwear

glad I tried it, its worked well and I keep finding more things that make my life easier.

Pros

Easy to use, and the price is right.
I am finding more ways to organize my business the mire time I spend "in Vagaro".

Cons

No way to filter and get bday addresses for a specific month so I can send a real bday card if I dont want to send to an email.
No way to change the color of the blocks when adding personal tasks

I Love Vagaro

Overall it is was the best decision I have made for my business.

Pros

Since I downladed this app to my phone I have been so happy! I have my appointment book at my finger tips, I can look back at the week, month or yearly income, it is so easy to use. I have had fewer no shows because the reminder system is Amazing! I also love the card processing being all in one place with my other business. It is comparable to other card processing companies and the money goes into my bank overnight.

Cons

As with any computer system, if there is problems with the internet it can slow you down a bit. Sometimes it doesn't process a card, but when that happens I get emails with update throughout the day until it is fixed.

Easy to use, and whenever I need any help from Vagaro support, they are always there and willing to help in any way they can.

Cons

Doesnt allow text message specials to clients. I used to use a different program that allowed us to send out mass text messages. I find clients see those much faster than they see emails these days.
