  • Pros

  • I like the schedule feature, I like that I can see what is going on in the entire facility at all times. That is a very nice feature.
  • Easy to navigate by tabs; customer service and technical support is superb.
  • Cons

  • If the check-in screen is not selected and a member scans in, it can be a problem. If you do not have at least 2 computers at your front desk, a lot of members will not get checked in.
  • It is not very intuitive for customers to use (especially new customers) I constantly receive calls and emails complaining about how new customers are unable to register for training.

  • The software is user friendly. Between the numerous integrations and the app I and my clients have been very satisfied with the ease of use.
  • I love that there are many benefits for clients, easy tutorials and for the most part Spa friendly.
  • Cons

  • I have a hard time Seeing my credit card charges that I pay , and i cannot figure out how to change my routing information. So some things could be designed clearer.
  • If an error is made in the transaction, the program is not allowed to cancel.
