When we presented our needs in detail many times over, they agreed they could handle them in the end, they were unstable and unable to deliver.

However, we only used it to dispatch work to our mobile techs and that part worked seamless. The techs loved the simplicity of the software.

That didn't change the fact that FieldLocate is an inferior product with no real support.

If you look on their website and talk to them, they will sell you the world. The invoicing is pathetic on this software.

Their licensing practices -- with the annual commitment -- is unfriendly and unusual in the software licensing world, in my experience. Terrible overall experience.

Since then the support from FieldAware has virtually disappeared and 3Plenish have been close to useless.

I use this software on a daily basis for my job. After the recent set of updates it has improved it hugely.

They never delivered what was asked of them. When I tried to break the contract, because I was not receiving what was promised, the threatened to sue me.

It is goos and easy to use software. It help to organise operation.

It's easy to sort through the customers with the search feature, and the itemizer allows our techs to better organize our parts cost.

Customer service is not consistent on there advise. Setting up the software to track key customer information is difficult, and report design is very limited.

The technical help is immediate and effective.

They fix one problem with sync and another arises.

FieldAware has been an extremely stable and reliable platform for us, functioning without fail and providing good standard features. But I am particularly happy with the ability to customize fields.

FieldAware is visually easy to read, quick to dispatch and the setup and implementation is quick.

The road-map process for new feature requests can be vague at times.

Overall, fieldaware has been a great fit for our company.

The mobile app is very user friendly and works good. The price book is very easy to set up.

The software WHEN it works is good, adding photos into job sheets is easy and creating job sheets on the fly is good.

Ease of use, pictures, and operation. Dispatching was smooth and reports are good.

The inability to get Field Locate to  SYNCH with Quick Books is a major disappointment for our administrative staff and management. This very feature was a major part of my purchasing decision.

FieldAware makes it easy to manage field crews.

Reporting is very limited, Customer service is quite bad.

Poor integration options. Not modeled to improve field performance in ways you might expect from typical service management software.

It doesn't work properly and the support is terrible.

The scheduler itself is really handy and a great way to keep an eye on who is where.

They are willing to help you and your business any way possible to make this product work for your company. The mobility of the product is the very best.

No default tax setting, and difficult to carry out some requests with the ipad version.

When we first implemented this program we discovered very quickly how limited this program is.

The software could be great if managed correctly but their back office team have no care about customer service.

Also, a better integration for Quickbooks online. I'm scared to add this integration because it gets horrible reviews.

I have friends that use Square for their businesses and they are happy so overall it is worth the time to invest in the card readers.

I love that it will track my inventory, that I can sell offsite with it, I can customize discounts and tax rates.

Their support team is fantastic as well. When I've had to get in touch with them I got help quick and without hassle.

I try Squareup.com and it takes me to my Weebly dashboard. Very confusing and frustrating.

However, for the scanner to work, the terminal must be plugged into an outlet, which robs it of its portable nature. Additionally, adding inventory via the Terminal is cumbersome and slow.

Sometimes the system has a tendency to lag behind, and that can be an issue when there are multiple customers at a time.

A client purchased multiple packages totally thousands of dollars from my company, received the services, and then disputed the charges as 'unrecognized. I provided the following to square.

Sometimes the card reader would take a few swipes to actually read the card, and customers would kinda worry I was charging them more than once.

The ease of use for this product is amazing. I love how you can make a sale with the virtual terminal by either swiping a card or sending an invoice.

The biggest pro with this is there is no money fees. So if you do not use credit card transactions then this is perfect.

This is an awesome software. It has made paying for retail items feel very secure.

It is also difficult to add individual inventory items. Also the register display format is not customizable, you are limited to the defaults.

I had to sit with my bank to file a dispute with Square, put a hold on all charges by Square, and start using an entirely different payment processor just to avoid Square stealing my money.

The customer support is amazing and I get my money quickly after sales transactions.

Because of the versatility and ease of use, we do recommend it for small businesses.

I appreciate that this system exists for business owners as I use it often when shopping locally. I rarely carry cash around anymore, so it's super helpful to have a system like this to utilize.

Lots of options for taking payments. Good desktop dashboard for all your transactions and any open items.

Its like dummies for payment processing. Integration across platforms is great.

I like how easy it is to create a great looking online storefront. Clean and simple design options, easy to add/delete items, keep track of inventory, and an endless list of benefits.

I'm not sure why it does it, still haven't figured it out.

The retail setup has made keeping inventory easy along with sorting out sales taxes. The advantage of using AP on phone when not in store is extremely helpful and again very easy to use.
