  • Pros

  • I love the intuitive platform and the customer service is out of this world.
  • The management of member information is integrated with Rotary International, and allows for easy communication across the District because contact details are automatically maintained.
  • Cons

  • Previews are misleading. When previewing, you get a item/page stand-alone preview, not a merged master page, draft page preview.
  • It has a few odd quirks in unexpected places - backend modules can be a little cumbersome.

  • I don't think there is anything else that can do it. The live preview feature is great and the support team are super responsive and helpful.
  • I love the way it integrates with multiple services we are using in our company. We use Documint to automate various aspects of our company and love using it.
  • Cons

  • The documentation is currently missing depth, but they are in the process of building out all the documentation right now.
  • Took a minute to understand that you have to drop a column box down, then add a text box. I tried to add a text box multiple times before I learned.
