We have been a MedForce user for a number of years now. They have excellent customer support and have always been there to help out when they need to be.

Content Center is a very helpful, secure and organized way to keep documents together; the program's expandability is awesome.

I've been using Medforce for about 5 years. The simplicity of scanning to and importing files to proper fields really makes me feel good about what I'm doing.

Good content management tool with customisable options.

Medforce has been a great resource for us and our company. It comes with many options (many of which we do not utilize due to our workflow) that I think are great assets to the application.

Ease of use, quality of the scans and ability to zoom in and deskew.

We have our setup with certain order types and being able to just go into equipment order VS supply order is great. We use medforce for out electronic medical records.

But for me the biggest thing is not being able to move pages around. Sometime when people scan things in they are not in order and there is no way to change the page order.

The software is fairly easy to use and helps to increase efficiency and productivity. It is also a great tool for auditing purposes.

Its easy to find and put it back to the correct bin but it is just a pain.

The system was difficult to maneuver during the scanning process. If you miss a document, you have to rescan the whole batch.

The best thing about this product is the customer support team, they are awesome and quick to respond.

I love having the ability to create bins and setup how I want them, the ease with finding paperwork.

The reporting, there are very limited reports and to get reports that we need, we are having to build on our own because the custom charges for Medforce to do so are outrageously high.

The support team is willing to help out any way they can.

Good feature set, easy to use. Have had very few issues with crashes.

I am pleased to have my purchase orders from fiscal years past scanned into this system.

Contentverse is a very stable product with excellent features. A very good product for the price range.

For the monthly price, it's worth it. I'd recommend Contentverse to anyone in need of document management.

Could be a problem since everything is getting shredded.

Tech support has always been helpful when we needed them.

Additionally, we seem to be required to upload TIF files, which seems odd when a lot of our files are PDF.

We use it to store historical student records. It is very good for this.

Able to share documents between departments from multiple locations. I like the being able to search key words.

Only have 2 or 3 users but we pay for 10. Performing backups within the software is difficult.

Routes have broken in the past, we have had documents corrupt for no good reason, the printer driver is sometimes hard to work with.

The entire package allows our employees, drivers, vendors, and clients to work together and see everything that's going on at every level of the company. We could not be more pleased or impressed.

We have gained the ability to get rid of most of our filing cabinets and to maintain and access all important documents for our jobs within a matter of seconds.

Ease of use, ability to adjust the settings to make it right for your intended use.

The upgrades are great and are working quite better than previous software versions (i.e. ViewWise).

Of course, it manages files and all that - that's the whole reason. But also, the seamless workflow is a huge boost for our business.

The full text indexing stops working sometimes which makes searching much more dificult (especially when you don't know that the indexing has stopped working).

Excellent customer service from representatives is a plus.

I like that it's easy to use and most adaptable with our computer system. The support is also great as well.

It's great to have all the documents filed electronically at your fingertips when you need them. Exporting documents right from the program eliminates having to scan/email documents from the copier.

Pros:  Search features have improved greatly. The overall screen layout is easier to follow and far more user friendly than in the past.

The problem is intermittent and they have not been able to isolate the cause.
