We have been a MedForce user for a number of years now. They have excellent customer support and have always been there to help out when they need to be.

Content Center is a very helpful, secure and organized way to keep documents together; the program's expandability is awesome.

I've been using Medforce for about 5 years. The simplicity of scanning to and importing files to proper fields really makes me feel good about what I'm doing.

Good content management tool with customisable options.

Medforce has been a great resource for us and our company. It comes with many options (many of which we do not utilize due to our workflow) that I think are great assets to the application.

Ease of use, quality of the scans and ability to zoom in and deskew.

We have our setup with certain order types and being able to just go into equipment order VS supply order is great. We use medforce for out electronic medical records.

But for me the biggest thing is not being able to move pages around. Sometime when people scan things in they are not in order and there is no way to change the page order.

The software is fairly easy to use and helps to increase efficiency and productivity. It is also a great tool for auditing purposes.

Its easy to find and put it back to the correct bin but it is just a pain.

The system was difficult to maneuver during the scanning process. If you miss a document, you have to rescan the whole batch.

The best thing about this product is the customer support team, they are awesome and quick to respond.

I love having the ability to create bins and setup how I want them, the ease with finding paperwork.

The reporting, there are very limited reports and to get reports that we need, we are having to build on our own because the custom charges for Medforce to do so are outrageously high.

I like the ease of use about this software. It's easy to understand and navigate throughout the site.

It's a great feature that I haven't seen elsewhere, and it's a great help when things need to be sorted quickly during the busy season.

I selected a single file, and an entire directory was deleted. No warning, no way to recover.

Cost or expense, lack of follow  up when I had a problem with questions.

The best thing I like about this software is the ease of use and flexibility to adapt to our industry.

Easy to use software since 2006, and it keeps getting better. Integrated SecureDrawer is loved by our clients.

It seems to crash frequently causing it to be frustrating.

The Cabinet -> Folder structure is easy to understand and navigate. The ability to share large files with users outside of our organization easily has also been a boon.

I have enjoyed the ease of downloading the documents that have been placed there for me as well as the ease of uploading when needed.

I really love zonal ocr which helps capture important information from my documents which saves me time. I also like the workflows which help me stay organized.

An update corrupted our data, now we are afraid to run updates. OCR sometimes stops running or encounters errors.

The app is great I love that I can assign permissions and restrict access to specific file cabinets. Super easy to upload files as well.

The integration process was very easy. The functionality of the software in our everyday use is amazing and makes our jobs easier.

Ease of use, very uncomplicated. It was exactly the kind of program I was looking for.

The software is relatively easy to use and is a solid virtual filing cabinet. I like that it is integrated with the Secure Drawer portal and I like that you can email directly from the application.

I appreciate the Customer Service and Tech Support Teams, very helpful. The software is great and easy to use.

Maybe I'm calling at the wrong times or maybe there are others with just as many issues as me. Also, I have a difficult time dragging and dropping files into the program.

So much quicker and more user friendly than the previous software we used. Best function is customizing to fit your office's needs.

I like the ability to search all documents in each file cabinet. This program is user friendly.

One thing I like the most about is keeping all the files is safe. It is easy to save them and keep them.

It works great for us and we are happy with all the service. It uis worth all the money we paid.

The conversion team saved us from an aging system that we needed to abandon. The Cloud Server being the same cost as an on premises server was a great incentive for choosing eFileCabinet.

Customer Support was great in helping us get it up and running. And it has been easy since then.
