No instructions, no link or web URL for the client to navigate to and certainly no instructions at all. This might be one of the most poorly designed things in Doc-it.

A very good document managment product with good support team. I find there is still growth to come.

Still confused in the UI why you can access an archive via the archive explorer or binder explorer, and both can be made to have the same layout.

The integration with caseware for each of printing and the ease to which PDF documents can be marked up. Works well in the field as well.

It is very feature rich. In an attempt to modernize our office our first challenge was how to go about turning dozens of filing cabinets into a virtual, paperless environment.

Feels like they take a true vested interest in your satisfaction. You don't feel like you're dealing with a large tech company, but a family business.

The updated calculator is horrible. Also, the program has become less user-friendly after the updates.

The ability to annotate and mark-up documents with ease and allows paperless record keeping. The customer support is great when any issues result.

Updates are easy and support is always offered to help you initiate any updates.

It Suite is the ability to organize the files that I use. You can also set rules on each of your files to ensure that no one can edit or comment on what you upload.

Customer Support is stellar. Offers more  features and functionality without add-ons than the competition.

It team has proven to be very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended software.

Most exciting, the PDF Editor/viewer is included. For less then the cost of one Acrobat license, I get a very comparable PDF Editor plus so much more.

It was slow and ocassionally would lock me out of excel workbooks. Some data would get trapped if I accidentally opened a workpaper twice.

It crashes when I try to drag and drop from Outlook email. It crashes when I try to send an email with password protection and I drag and drop the protected pdf icon too quickly.

The best part of Doc It is its document organization. The archive and the editor are also excellent tools for any office.

The software is user friendly and is logically organized and the user can customize. The PDF editor is also great...easy to use and applicable to people that work in tax and accounting.

Clients tend to disregard the notifications as spam. Job Queue could be more user-friendly and offer more options.

Or opening a document and turning on bookmarks. The portal setup for a client and related instructions are utterly useless.

The integration between Scanning, OCR & archive is useful. Work in process binders helped clean up and organize document storage.

Doc-It  continually makes a better product at a better price and supports it well.

I don't think there is anything else that can do it. The live preview feature is great and the support team are super responsive and helpful.

Therefore, 100% of Airtable consultants like myself are required to search for external tools which can automate the process of creating high-quality PDF documents from Airtable data.

I love the way it integrates with multiple services we are using in our company. We use Documint to automate various aspects of our company and love using it.

I am using Documint to nicely summarize key data for my business. The tool works perfectly, and I am very happy.

However, the product was so intuitive, we had reports / documents set up in no time. On top of that, their customer service is phenomenal and it's great to see them continually developing the product.

The ability to sync up all my data from my CRM has saved me tons of time with busy work. Which frees me up to do more important tasks.

The integrations with AirTable. It's ability to show me my docs before I had to create them.

Until Documint showed up on the market, all of the solutions were extremely expensive & very difficult to use, and they also had poor customer support. But Document is a game-changer.

The documentation is currently missing depth, but they are in the process of building out all the documentation right now.

Other than that, you can customize the template to pretty much exactly the way you want it. From padding, to branding, to pulling in records from external integrations.

Super simple to get started - found through Airtable Apps, and is filling a need at a fraction of the cost than another solution. Great feature set, and awesome team support.

And it is downright impossible to automate any sort of PDF creation with Airtable's built-in tools.

Amazing Software but just as amazing customer support.

It is inexpensive, easy to use, it has an extremely simple API, and the customer support is excellent. For Airtable users everywhere, Documint is the solution you've been looking for.

The best feature I liked is that you click a button on Airtable, and it automatically attaches the document to an attachment field. No downloads, no hassles.

A manual process limited the amount we could sell and the potential for future products. But now with this level of automation for a completely custom PDF, the sky is the limit.

Took a minute to understand that you have to drop a column box down, then add a text box. I tried to add a text box multiple times before I learned.

The customer support has been outstanding and I could not have done this without their bespoke support.

What I love about the platform is the easy to use template builder for my documents. I've used a few in the past and they were all very clunky.

It would be unfair for me (a no coder) to ask Documint to simplify their software even more. I need to upgrade my own skills.

I'm trying to autogenerate reports, employee documents as easily as possible, and in a cost-effective way. So far, very satisfied and I can see this becoming part of our long-term tech stack.
