The administration requires a deeper Windows server and SQL database knowledge. I am missing an administration cockpit/UI.

Easy to use for all employees after a minimum of training improves quality and efficiency immediately. Smooth integration in MS Office suite.

The library function is great as all colleagues have access to the same content and templates.

As a user, I have been using Empower for about 10 years in various industries. The continuous development has always inspired me. I am absolutely convinced of the tool and can only recommend it.

It contains thousands of beautiful slides which can be used inside your existing or a new PowerPoint project. It is straightforward to customize empower as per your brand requirements.

Like the tool a lot and also the support team is very good.

So nothing that is not good or missing as of today.

I think the way it updates the slides and checks for updates is a bit confusing. It works when it works, but it is difficult to tell sometimes when it does not work.

It is a valuable tool that has helped increase our productivity in our lab. The user interface is easy to use, making it a great asset to our operations.

Regarding the price point-of-view, they are distributing fewer licenses which can be not enough for the businesses. I have felt some minor lags while inserting videos and images in the slides.

There are actually no points that I don't like. The following things could be added as features.

Create appealing presentations quickly and easily within the corporate design.

Still not a bug-free programme (although major 'game-breaking' issues have been adressed already). Few questionable functionality decisions, e.g.

Empower makes it super easy to create proposal templates and share them with the whole team.

Overall, empower is a solid tool. We've been using it small scale with plans to expand to a statewide program and it's scaling nicely.

The slides updating procedure was sometimes wrong. The system inserted sometimes the slide from an other/wrong source.

Empower by made-in-office is a PowerPoint content management add-in which integrates with the PowerPoint and helps to create seamless PowerPoint experience for the viewers.

Easy to use content update and optimising mechanics (regarding MS PowerPoint).

The authoring tool make PowerPoint much more comprehensive.

If you really want to have a strong brand and good presentations and storytellers for your company you should not hesitate and give it a try.

It is a great tool for managing chromatography data. It's easy to use and provides lots of helpful features, like customizable reports and regulatory compliance features.

Plus, the customer support is great, so if I ever have any questions, I know I can get help right away. Overall, Empower is an excellent solution for managing chromatography data.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

It's nice to have a one-stop-shop for all of your needs. That makes it super helpful because it works across platforms.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

There are many things that I love about this program. The price point is fantastic, especially considering all the resources you get for a small monthly fee.

It's super easy to setup for my employees. I get the peace of mind they are using the best.

I like the ease of use of Office 365. It is a great value for the money and helps me keep all of my business information easily accessible.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

Overall Microsoft 365 is an amazing product with great features and wonderful customer service.

The customer service staff is amazing and well trained. My experience with Office 365 has been amazing and I will continue using this product.

It’s been a great product and I like having mag programs to get various jobs done. Price point is good and quality is great.

The worst thing would be that its hard to recover lost excel documents as they don't show in recent workbooks.

I love that this program is very easy to use and has lots of functionality. I also love that there is a place to find answers when necessary.
