To begin with, the transition to new software was difficult, but with time and training we realised it was in fact much easier to use than we thought. As with everything an open mind and desire to learn new things is always a big help!

The certificates are easy to produce, compile and complete with options to edit and send. We create multiple templates to send out to the operatives and the field mode is easy to use once you've used if for a week or so. We're also still finding out new things and Clik updates it regularly with things customers may need. Great piece of software.

The option for a module that includes the choice between adding codes from the observation page or the tick box would be good for some operatives.

We have used this software for a number of years and find the whole package easy to use. We are also very impressed with the level of service and customer support provided.

The system allows the user to create a template, which for our usage is very useful.

The program feels quite heavy on start up and working remotely can cause issues as the program is large.

I have no issues with the day to to day use of this software. I find the ease of finalising and issuing certs compared to older versions a great improvement. Back ups and software stability have never been an issue. Screen layout and contrasts make the system comfortable and sensible to use.

Technical support are among the most helpful and accessible I have known over the years. Software is comfortable to navigate and use, even for prolonged periods. Regular updates and improvements show that development is constant.

I feel that the verification function is still poor, although this function is relatively new and I have not explored fully how to set this up for our use. Again with future updates I expect this function will soon meet my expectations.

The support when needed is there from click team. They have understood pur needs, worked at our pace in introduction of new devices and solutions that work for us, and that is appreciated and mutual respect shown to both our industries and how busy both sides were respectively. We were advised and not forced.

Certificate software is essential for our organisation. The recent (past the years) have seen Click's NICEIC fight-off other options with improvements and adapting to tablets and working WITH my team.

Ordering certs via NICEIC directly, and importing/ downloading, but again thst has improved in last year or so.

Software works great, with the details and the way are company is set up

The way that the software links with the users on site to issue details, and send back paperwork to main office, also the up-dates works great and we are always InControl of what we are using

The only problem is that we have to link back to the main office to issue to clients

What I like most about the Software is that it is more or less foolproof, so handy to use. I honestly can not fault it. Would highly recommend it. Also when I have taken on new members of staff and had to upgrade my licenses the staff are friendly and very helpful.

When filling out certs in field mode, staff have occasionally filled out the wrong cert. It would be handy to be able to transfer results to the correct cert without having to start from scratch - picky, I know.

Ease of use both in back office and on site. Templates, user friendly not complicated. when you have problems are contact CLIK they are dealt with very quickly and professionally.

If you don't save the info regularly and the system crashes you loose all that info. Not able to delete templates sent from office on the field user devices. Not able to search uploaded cert on device you have to scroll through them all.

We find it a good software that is easy to use. Any problems which we have had we have had have always been easily sorted by the technical department in a quick and efficient manner, which is a must for us.

All certificates that we use on a daily basis are available to create, including emergency lighting. We find it easy to use with good search functions.

Sometimes the engineer has downloaded the software on more than one device which has meant that we were unable to locate the certificate, this is a user error but has happened more than once, the technical support when required were always there to help.

we do a lot of repetitive testing so using the templates saves us loads of time, support team are genuinely the best i have ever come accross

when a new test cert comes out it takes a few updates to be as good as the last
