If you don't save the info regularly and the system crashes you loose all that info. Not able to delete templates sent from office on the field user devices.

It is easy to use and a good product. If I have any issues, I contact someone who will assist me promptly and resolve any concerns I have.

As with everything an open mind and desire to learn new things is always a big help.

When certs change i cannot transfer them over i lose them.

Once set up the system is easy to use and navigate - field mode is a really good feature.

The system allows the user to create a template, which for our usage is very useful.

Great interface and easy to use functions. Makes like so much easier when completing are certifications.

Sometimes it can be difficult to see the whole page on the screen so you have to scroll up/down or across, which is a faff sometimes.

Templates, user friendly not complicated. When you have problems are contact CLIK they are dealt with very quickly and professionally.

We  do a lot of repetitive testing so using the templates saves us loads of time, support team are genuinely the best i have ever come accross.

What I like most about the Software is that it is more or less foolproof,  so handy to use. I honestly can not fault it.

Cloud base so using on site pads can struggle to upload / return certs.

The software is used on a daily basis and helps us to provide a professional service to our clients.

Would highly recommend it. Also when I have taken on new members of staff and had to upgrade my licenses the staff are friendly and very helpful.
