It's ideal for online document editing. I particularly appreciate the new feature because you can access your documents from any location, which is quite convenient and eliminates the need to carry around a USB flash drive everywhere you go. It's also suitable on devices with low storage or about to run out of storage.

Poor technical assistance. It took a long time for tech support to respond to my email when I was accessing the system, which caused the installation to be delayed, and it takes a few days for the software installation is finished installed. This is not good.

We dealing with patient data and this software opensource and respect privacy. Also have perfect integration with Zotero referance manager. And i have no compatibity issues with users of other Office Suits.

I prefer to use open source programs. OnlyOffice best office suite for file format Installion was easy. I installed OnlyOffice with one click using my Ubuntu’s Software Center as snap package. This complate office suite supports Zotero Reference Manager. And we use Telegram in my small team for document collaboration. And we use a OwnCloud Server. OnlyOffice support all these software we use. So i can easily adapted this office suite to my workflow. One of the advantages of this software is speed. I think its speed better than online office suits. And we can use full offline editing.

This Office Suite is simple and easy to use, but some advanced features missing comparing offline office suite but better than online office suits. But i realized that, OnlyOffice developing rapidly and there is no missing features for me now.

Honestly speaking, I would suggest this software to businesses of all sizes. Very useful tool in all respects.

OnlyOffice is a fantastic piece of software that generates and manages office document files like word and excel. Doesn't require any expertise or training, very self intuitive interface.

Some features require an extra step to resolve, hope developers will note and make it more simple.

I don't like my dependence on Google Docs, but it still has functionality I've not reproduced.

It is a hard sell to compare it to Google docs as that is free. The old adage of if you aren't paying for something then you are the product is accurate though.

OnlyOffice is a whole set of services, a modular system.

Quite easy to use (especially the cloud version) and use. There are both on the Microsoft platform and iPhone, iPad. It is possible to connect cloud services to store information and your hard drive. There is a free base plan for use in the cloud.

There are many flaws. Some files just don't open absolutely rondomally. Large amounts of data are neither downloaded nor downloaded.

OnlyOffice has brilliant user interface for generating word, spreadsheets and powerpoint slides. I really love using it and would recommend to others as well.

Some options like applying same background to every powerpoint slide is hidden or not available.

I've used OnlyOffice for many years now for my small company, and it's been excellent. It makes getting to docs and presentations easy and simple, even when sharing and collaborating. Never had any issues with uptime or access. Loved the features and functionality.

Recently they changed their pricing model and pushed out the small businesses, and now it's no longer affordable like it used to be. Talking to their customer service resulted in a "well, sorry, that's the way it is now...", so we will have to find another similar product/service at the previous price point. This is quite disappointing, as it's a great service. I guess when companies grow, they ultimately choose to discard the smaller businesses that supported them in the early stages. Unfortunate.

It is what we have looked for years. it is easy to use. it is running on a lot of Linux Servers. No more Microsoft Software needed. No World. No Excel ....

Onlyoffice is the only word processing that can work well with all kind of operating system. That feature is really helpful when you are working on Linux system that does not support MS office natively. Onlyoffice provides a much better compatibility than any other software

For the cost of an internet connection and the time to download, one can get a whole office suite that rivals paid alternatives.

One aspect that needs improvement is stability and speed.

I like how simple and compatible it is to use with MS Office files.

I wish someone would figure out how to get macros functioning better with it and other alternative office systems.

Very user friendly, easy download.I like that it is very easy to start using and to learn, easily create and edit documents in the cloud, I like that we can upload and share documents, also allows us to share documents externally.

The biggest feature is the use offline. It works flawlessly offline and that makes it worth it to me!

I didn't like the look and feel of it first, but that was basically because it was new to me. Now, it is a lot easier for me
